We have use Elevate for a couple of years now and the results have been excellent. We have seen definite improvements in website traffic. Stacey and the Elevate team are excellent and nothing is to much trouble. Every thing they do is explained in full which is very helpful.
Our SEO has gone from strength to strength since we began working with Elevate. We highly recommend Elevate and will continue to work with them into the future.

Don’t waste your money with this company! We have had numerous telephone calls, messages and emails to try to get our website designed. Start off with one price, then the price spirals up with every email. Tim was on the ball, calling etc until he got paid, then ignores all calls and messages…Web designer Anuj does not listen, doesn’t read requests and then ignores you! Leizel has a long telephone call with you, says she understands then creates something completely different! Then when given all the info again in step by step guide - not even an acknowledgment! Phone number is dead. Landline is just an automated answerphone with no company info or anything on there. This company is clearly up to no good! Avoid, avoid avoid!

Absolutely excellent company. Always willing to help and explain. Im not the easiest person to work for however Sarah breaks the technical side down and explains in simple terms. And bd more to the point gets results. Happy to recommend this company 100 percent.

We received a quote of nearly £1,000 to create our website but were never informed that content writing was optional. I already had a website and clearly instructed them to use the existing content.

Communication was appalling—they are never available by phone, and email responses were infrequent, often taking 2–3 weeks. Their responsiveness disappeared entirely after payment was made. Promised callbacks never materialized.

Now they claim they cannot issue a refund because work has started, but they failed to disclose the additional charges for content writing upfront. I believe this makes the contract invalid. While they now mention the content writing is optional, this was never clarified at the beginning. Without written content, what is the point of completing a website?

This experience has been deeply frustrating. I strongly advise others to avoid this company.
