Bad bad bad, zero costumer care.
I had a truly frustrating and disappointing experience with Lookiero, and I would strongly caution anyone considering using their service.
I signed up for their subscription box and paid the $10 fee. When I received the items, everything seemed fine at first. Unfortunately, I then went through an unexpected and serious personal health setback, which meant I couldn’t meet their extremely short five-day return window. As soon as I was able, I contacted their customer service team, explained my situation clearly, and politely asked if they could grant me a small extension.
Their response was incredibly unhelpful and rigid. There was absolutely no empathy or willingness to assist. Instead of supporting a paying customer dealing with a difficult situation, they simply repeated their policy and said there was nothing they could do once the deadline had passed.
This kind of treatment is unacceptable. A company that values its customers should show at least some flexibility in genuine, exceptional circumstances—especially when health is involved. Instead, Lookiero chose to hide behind strict policies rather than offer even basic understanding.
As a result, I ended up losing €204 simply because they refused to make a reasonable exception. It’s extremely disappointing to see a company prioritize rigid rules over customer care.
If you’re considering subscribing, be aware: their policies are unforgiving, and their customer support is far from supportive. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Lookiero.
