Dishonest company
Dishonest company, sent out package that has incomplete order, missing half of the order. Tried to resolve it with them, but all they say is tracking show items delivered. Ya, it was delivered but missing half the order - that is their version of Items delivered. Then conveniently try to wash their hands off from any responsibility of completing the order or finding way to resolve this. I have lodged a dispute with the card provider to investigate this Fraudulent company.
Update: hi Look4ward, why does the customer support of the look4ward store has an email support @look4ward.co.uk which is similar to your website look4ward. Co.uk if you are claiming to be an online magazine? Perhaps the store is an associated company of yours as well, so if that is the case maybe you can get your customer service to own up and rectify their mistake and make it right by the customer (your customer support team Member named Katy Lee)
