The bands are great which is why they get a two star rating instead of a one star. It’s their customer service that is horrible! It should not take me 2 weeks and 10 emails to return a band that does not fit my wrist! I am still waiting for someone to answer my 10th email! I am still waiting for them to refund my money and I finally was able to return the band to them a week ago! But this whole return process has taken almost a month!!!!!!

Their wristbands are beautiful and long lasting. Great customer service. I highly recommend them

Fraud company. They will take your money, not ship product, and not reply to customer service requests. Stay away!!!!

So in love with this band. It’s beautiful, classy and a fabulous way to fancy up your Apple Watch. I’m in love. So happy to have found this band and no more cheap bands and switching back and forth. Customer service is fabulous as well and shipping was crazy fast!

This company is doing it all right! Great product - I now own 7 of their Apple bands and they are perfect for upping your dress accessories.

2) Product delivered quickly
3) Beautiful box and directions booklet make it great for gift giving.

To begin, the product is superior to any Apple watch and I’ve ever worn. It truly makes a large face look natural and is easy to put on and take off. I ordered a size too large and they supplied a return label and sent the size I needed. I plan to buy more.

The worst customer support !!! Youll wait respond week or two., before anyone will respond you, stay away from them if you need your prod quick.

I Absolutely love the Apple Watch Band made by Longvadon it’s elegant, beautiful and real top product Quality. It was worth the wait. I would certainly recommend Longvadon bands.

Apple watchbands are amazing & this would be a 5 STAR review if it weren't for three issues:

1. Still awaiting band ordered on 11/29 (was advised a week ago new inventory is coming in, still waiting).

2. Travel case is mediocre quality. Napa leather doesn't feel supple & case has overall rigidity where there should be none (boxy, zipper tug of war, could be inches smaller for true travel size). One side of the face pocket is scratchy. Place face down against microfiber (but it'll fall out of pocket as the box moves around anyway)!

3. Watched the site closely from Nov '22 onward and witnessed mark-ups as they occurred (Consumers STILL paying full price). Many Retailers do it, doesn't make it ok.

Ordered twice, received the products in a week. Very good quality.

My customer service agent was attentive and handled my exchange without any hassles. He responded immediately to my emails . He went beyond what I expected .

I’m from Canada. I placed an order directly on the Longvadon website on Nov 28, 2022, thinking I would have plenty of time to receive the products and send them out as a Christmas gift.

Today is Dec 21, 2022, and I have NOT received anything from my Nov 28, 2022 order, which was well over $330 CDN.

I followed up many times with the company, at first they seemed very responsive. They told me they would get back to me and let me know where my shipment was. Well, after that email, I’ve heard nothing. I sent a few follow-up emails as we were getting closer to Christmas. Well, all through the organization, nothing was stirring, no even a mouse! No reply at all.

We are a few days before Christmas and I have nothing to give the person I cherish the most.

If you are I know you want good customer support and a trusted delivery date, or even a delivered product, I recommend NOT buying from Longvadon.

My rating here is 1 star only because 0 stars or even negative stars weren’t available.

Placed an order on 11/29/22. Not delivered. No response to my inquiries as to where our order is. Directs you to SHOP APP but without shipping information this gets you no where. No Customer Service number just an email address. Says you will have a response in 24 hours…NOPE and then radio silence. Will never ever order from here again. Of course they bombard your email with fabulous offers.

I have ordered on two separate occasions and have been satisfied both times. Quality product. Have had shipping issues on both occasions, but have always received prompt responses, to my emails and immediate resolution. Will continue to buy from them.

Horrible communication. Bought three watch bands all showing as in stock then waited and waited. Finally emailed them asking about my order - told they are all on backorder but the website was still showing as in stock two weeks after I purchased so….they were selling items knowing they weren’t in stock and only telling customers after the fact. Cancelled my order so we will see if the refund actually comes through. Crooks!
