Shelbi did a great job on helping me to find an apartment that worked well for me. Even though there was no locator commission given by the apartment that I chose, she still helped me through the process and gave me so much information, and she ended up saving me some money too! Would highly recommend Lighthouse and to reach out to Shelbi as your locator.

I would definitely recommend Sidney Kearn. It was so hard for me trying to find an apartment in the district I wanted and a nice area. I found Lighthouse at the last minute and Sidney was so helpful I found my apartment just in time and I love it. Thank You. When I move again I will definitely be using Lighthouse.

Sydney was really nice and helpful…wasn’t able to find anything through her because o ended up getting accepted at a previous place…but I love everything that was sent to me on the list and communication was always rapid responses…definitely will be using them again!!! She’s a true professional and kept following up to make sure I was good and answered any question I asked in a timely fashion, 100 Star service!!!

Ansley Knott, was my go to gal! She did an amazing work. Helped me find my home for the next couple of years. Brand new build and a great cash back!! Super happy with how smooth everything went and how great the response time was. I on the other hand was alittle hard to deal with seeing as I got sick and lost my phone throughout the process. But she kept in contact and helped each step of the way!!! Awesome job 👏🏽

Attentive personnel. Sydney was phenomenal, and communicated via my preferred method (text). They were very understanding of my schedule and limited ability to tour multiple properties in a short time.

You may notice that the rebate depends on the rent price point of the property.

Once I signed a lease, it took me a few weeks to register for the cash back. However, once I did register, within a few days I had some extra cash. This is nice, considering the current rent environment and pricing practices.

The rebate was honored via my choice of prepaid gift card, vendor gift card, Venmo or similar payout services.

I worked with Gabby, who is AMAZING in her career. She almost made me cry with how helpful she was. She listened to exactly what I needed, it only took her about 1-2 days to get an amazing list of apartments to me - Might I add, all the apartments had really great reviews and they were ALL beautiful! They were all in the location I asked for, and they were all in my price range. Lighthouse does a great job of finding apartments you didn’t even know about. I had been searching high and low for apartments for months. I used almost every apartment site I could think of. I thought I knew of every single apartment in my location, but boy was I wrong. If you’re thinking of working with Lighthouse, do it! GABBY was such a pleasure to work with, she isn’t overly “salesy”, she has a conversational and genuinely friendly personality. She is professional, but also feels like a really good friend, who just so happens to know HER STUFF when it comes to finding YOUR dream home! Once my lease is up, I WILL be working with Lighthouse again! Thank you Lighthouse and Thank you Gabby for making an otherwise (would-have been) stressful situation, such a beautiful experience. 5 stars!

Lighthouse is such a blessing!! With everything going up it was so on time to receive money back from what usually is a costly expense. Gabby was very attentive and patient with me.
