They tell you the medication will cost $149 per month. They don't tell you they are going to bill you that amount two times per month. I emailed them through the site to find out why and did not receive a response. Today I called to cancel and they told me "You pay $149 for the medication and an additional $149 to use our services". I told them I don't use any services other then to answer a couple of questions a month (How much do you weigh? Are you experiencing side effects?"). The representative said, "That is using our services". You have to answer those questions to get your medication sent to you. This is very shady. I wouldn't use this company. There are so many other companies that tell you the charges up front (such as weight watchers and RO). I don't like that I wasn't told I would be bill this twice a month, and then when I ask about it, I'm told the 2nd charge is to use their services....which are just to renew the medication.

I took a risk, had great interaction with online med pros, and got a Veterans discount to boot!

This company intentionally drags out your process, in hopes of bleeding you out of more money. Ive never been able to stay on time with my meds because I cant get a refill until 2 weeks after mine are gone.

This is exactly the situation that all of us that are desperate to lose weight are suspicious of. I thought I was signing up for six months of the Wegovy pill ($447), but come to find out, it didn't include the meds, that's an additional $249/month. I'm giving them 2 stars because when I talked to customer service, they said they would refund my $447. We'll see if they actually do it but I can dispute it with my credit card.

Go with Ro this company basically ripped me off…I spoke with a sales Representative Darron Taylor who offered me a deal of 4 months for a total price of 790.00. I agreed they took my money and only have me 3 months so they ripped me off for my ladt 30 day supply! I have been reaching out to Darron via email and his only response was “let me see what happen to our offer” then crickets. NEVER again …use another company!

4 she was extremely polite and very helpful. Her overall demeanor was amazing and she really knew what she was doing. I am an instructional designer and I was just completing new hire training for call center reps and she was just great. She literally knew her stuff and she was just a hoot.

The ease and convenience of the app was excellent. The actual communication with a live person was the harder part. ONCE that happened though, the shipping of the medication and check ups were fine. Overall, very happy with my experience.

Charged 199$ went to answer questions and additional charges that were not presented up front. I requested a refund and no response.
