Avoid using there service

Avoid using there service, it took a lot of time for them to process my request that i needed to use another service provider which only took less than 6 minutes to get a prescription. I sent them message to follow up my request but did not get a response. I have to send several messages only then to find out that they use another app you need to install to see the response only to get nothing since i avail another service from another online provider. So when i asked for refund since i did no get anynprescription or any written evaluation atleast, they declined! in short i paid without getting any output from them! stir clear from them!
