I love Leaseweb! They are there when you need them. There is someone you can communicate with - both technical support and account management. I have tried other services but there is just too many levels you have to go through to get a problem solved. I have had very few problems, but when I do, it is important. Good variety and pricing on their product offerings in addition to being very flexible.

Most people complain here about the KYC process, but I suppose it's because they don't read before signing up. The proper KYC procedure is clearly explained, and they also state they work with B2B only. In our case, the whole KYC process took a few papers and was finished during the day.

Yes, they require paperwork and you will need time to review and sign it off, but it's not really a tough task. In exchange, you will get enterprise-grade hardware for very reasonable prices.

Leaseweb provides excellent reliability, top-tier security, and consistently smooth operations for my services.

After providing sufficient information about the parent company I represent they refused to activate the service I purchased because I asked it to be under a sub brand which as just a brand has no documentation in my country. Save yourself the trouble, they will NOT activate your service in 10 minutes I have been emailing requirements for a day and a half and decided not to endure this ridiculous nonsense and ask PayPal for my money back. If this is the first contact and they are already trying my patience, I can't imagine what I'll have to go through if I have any service issues.

They are asking me to verify my personal details and asking 400 AUD, including government ID, address, and business information. The issue is that none of the other providers ask for this much information when buying a VPS for personal use. They claim it’s because of IP blacklisting, but it just feels like an excuse to collect unnecessary data from server owners.

To complete the KYC verification process, please provide us with the following information/documents:

• Business/individual entrepreneur registration document
Official business registration in your jurisdiction which shows the company name and list of directors and shareholders.

• Proof of address document and address of operations
The document must be dated within the last three months. This can be a utility bill, rental agreement, bank statement with recent activity, or a letter from a government authority.

• Information about your business
- a description of the kind of services you provide,
- domain names used by your business,
- any social media presence your business may have.

As a security measure to prevent fraud and abuse of the network we utilize, and in accordance with Articles 7 and 9 of our General Terms & Conditions, an initial deposit of 400 AUD is required to process your order.

Dedicated prices are best I have found and support has always been there when things go wrong.

The website is a bit clunky and API slow but the servers are what matters most, so I can't fault them overall.
