It’s just ok for the money
Everything went smoothly with ordering and receiving my product. My only problem is that I felt the quality of the product wasn’t very good. The wording that was attached to the sign was the only thing good about the custom sign but the wood and the engraved wording felt cheap.

Terrible quality, poor customer service
Ordered a personalized key rack. The item I received was similar to the photo, but worse quality in every way. The color was off, the dimensions were completely different, the hooks were bent, the metal was thinner.
When I emailed to ask, I was told that the website photo was a 'reference' and what I received was 'correct'. They also told me they won't honor a return, even though their website states a 30% fee on returns for personalized items.
I should have known better than to order from this shady site, but blame Kozgifts for deceptive sales practices and contradictory return info.

Lowest quality & zero honesty
The product, as far as quality is not worth 1/10 of the price.
I ordered a custom print towel. Prints do not align, white gaps witg missing print, cracks on towel due to manufacture mishandling. Ordered orange, came pink...then seller shows me a swatch where pink is called orange to be right...
No quality control, lying customer service are just a few of the flaws.
Stay away from this seller and check the reviews before you order....vere few, and all 1 star.
The annoying part is that they sell for $40 something that costs 2 bucks to manufacture, and yet they do not want to stay behind their products and take a minimum of responsibility for their own flaws and errors.
