If I could give this company a negative rating I would, I bought shirts because it said it was a New York based company and I found out really quick that it was not. They wouldn't respond to any emails and I contacted paypal and received part of my shipment 2 weeks later. about 20 days later I received the last shirt which were all poorly made and I opened a dispute with paypal to find out you have to ship these items to China which costs about $200!!!!!! I will never purchase anything without doing a ton of research on the company.

Placed my order 3 weeks ago and still have not received my order. But of course they managed to charge my credit card quickly.

TERRIBLE Company...I have been trying for 3 weeks since I received the clothes to find out how to return them. No one will respond. The clothing is cheaply made and not sized correctly on line. I too thought this company was part of Kohl's. Wish I would have seen the reviews prior to buying the clothes. If anyone ever gets info on how to return the items please post to help some of us other people so we can return out items.

WORST company I have ever dealt with! Wish I had read reviews first! Tried to cancel the order within minutes of ordering (after reading the reviews). Begged them to cancel. Multiple emails sent saying cancel...Do NOT ship....please refund...have been going back and forth for a month. Received the tops and I didn’t even open! Was not even the tops on line that I had ordered. They responded with tops always look different than pics...no kidding! I have a claim open with PayPal. Fixing to escalate to try to get a refund. TOTAL BOGUS COMPANY! I have requested a prepaid return label. Waiting on a response but not expecting to get one. NEVER EVER have I dealt with a company such as this one. BUYER BEWARE ...Run run run! Might as well to have flushed $71.00 down the toilet!!!

They do not deserve any stars but in order to write a review you have to give a star. They misrepresent themselves as being American with a New Jersey address, they are in China. Forget those bogus size charts, nothing fits! Chinese people are tiny and the charts are BS, everything is too small. YOU WILL NEVER SEE YOUR MONEY AGAIN, kiss it goodbye! I spent $60.00 of which $40.00 worth was useless, too small, they want me to eat my loss! I have put in a complaint with PayPal, my last resort, but I really don't hold out a lot of hope. THESE GUYS ARE A SCAM, STAY AWAY!

Took my money, but took several weeks to send items. Cheaply made, not even close to the right size. Won’t send me info on how to return them. I’m so mad i didn’t realize it wasn’t really Kohl’s til I had already ordered. Fraudulent for sure.

Not even one star.... I ordered buy 2 get 1 free. By the time I paid shipping it was over $72 for 2 shirts at $25 each plus the free one. It took forever to get here , then none of them fit! The sizes run very very small. And now no way to return it to get my money back. Worst company ever. Still trying to find a way to get $ back

Still have not received my merchandise!!!!!! Of course my credit card was charged. DO NOT order from this company. Facebook should investigate this fraudulent company

The clothes are beautiful But the sizes are very small, the 100% cotton shirt was only 5% cotton and 95% polyester. This site isn't worth anyone's attention!! Very dissatisfied and disappointed ☹😖😤

Worst experience ever! The clothes are very very very poor quality and come from China ! When asking where my order was after 5 weeks they said that they are custom made per order! Lairs the clothes come from China ... HORRIBLE do not order! I would request a refund but I'm not sure its worth anymore aggravation.

Steer clear of this fraudulent website. Ordered several blouses April 2, still haven't received anything, email their Customer Service address, and get replies with grammatical errors and excuses as to why my order hasn't been received. I've filed a dispute with my bank. Will also report them to BBB.

Ordered 4 weeks ago.....no merchandise yet. No replies after sending emails to customer service. I checked to be sure the company was not from China. Says NYC......wrong....stay far away!

Buyer Beware. This is the worst company ever! Size guides are wrong and when you find that the items you ordered (when they FINALLY) get here, they are too small and the company says to donate them since it is too expensive to return to China. I double checked before ordering to make sure it was not a Chinese company. Their website said they were based in NYC. They won't give a refund but will give me 10% off my next order to get the right size. Seriously?

This company is terrible! The sizes are incorrect and the quality is absurd ! The dresses sold are made from Halloween costume material ( calling it fabric is an insult ). The edging on the dresser and all the seams are sewed ascew, some with just raw edges! I had to email ( no customer service #) back and forth 8x over a 3 week period for them to tell me they don’t refund for not being satisfied, only for quailty issues. THIS IS A QUAILITY ISSUE! They told me the international shipping is too much and to just give them away instead. I am reporting them!

Kolhsheart is a total RIPOFF. Plus sizes run very very very small. And when I asked how to return them they told me I should donate them. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.you will be as unhappy as I was. I do not think Facebook should advertise for them I don't think they might know what a SCAM they are. BEWARE BEWRARE BEWARE. As a plus size female with a bust of 45, I ordered 3 shirts. The 3 X shirt actually fit my friend that has a 34 bust.The blue sleeved sleeve I ordered was a 2X. It also fit my friend with a 34 inch bust. These were sized wrong and not as advertised. Though the blouses were marked 2 x and 3 x, they were made for a much smaller female. One blouse, a long sleeved green one, marked 2x fit fine. The inconsistency in sizing, the cost to return is not worth ordering for this site. Don't bother. 8f I could give less than a one , I would.
