Purchased 2 items in store yesterday, used the self checkout.
I'm not a huge fan but for small numbered purchases I do occasionally use them.
Kohl's has a kind of reward scheme called Kohl's Cash where you get a voucher to use shopping at Kohl's only, it's a "why not" kind of deal.
Usually the voucher is printed right there and you walk out with it. This time it wanted my email address to email it to me.
I know, it just wants my email so it can send me stuff but no biggy, I have an email I can use for that. So I did.
Later on I was in said email and noticed nothing had arrived, so I gave it 24 hours, not that I think any electronic system should need 24 hours.
Today, nothing.
So I called customer service, long wait times. Probably people calling about missing vouchers.
Finally got an employee who didn't speak very good English. I don't care where people are from, but working in an English speaking country and in customer interface kinds of seems like a no brainer to be fluent to me.
So, lots of repeating myself and explaining that I never said what I was just told I said.
Numerous attempts to give my email address and she just wasn't getting it.
Then the call disconnected. Great.
Then I tried using the online chat function, I allegedly got connected to a live person but to be honest it was hard to be sure.
Explained the situation and was then told it could take 48 hours.
So is that 48 hours from purchase or 48 hours from now?
Making it 72 hours.
What electronic system takes that long?
And why didn't it just work to begin with?
If a company initiates a system that it wants to use then the onus is on that company to ensure it functions correctly.
I shouldn't have to call or connect online or go back to the store as I'm clearly going to have to do at some point just because someone can't do their job competently.

So, here we are, posting a negative review when it could have been so easily avoided.

I ordered four dresses I measured according to their site I actually ordered one size up. The items came in two of them were cut 6 inches smaller than what they stated. I started email correspondence they told me to give them away and they would give me 10% off of a new order. Don’t waste your time with this company it’s a joke

Linepeach is a sham company. It took two months to get my clothes, and they drag their feet if you want to return your order. I bought these clothes to take on vacation, and they were not here two months later to take on vacation. When I returned, the package was here but I no longer want it,And only get automated responses from their email. DON’T BUY HERE

Where is my pink dress I ordered back in June? I'm very mad and will never order from you again! I better get my pink dress!

Previously wrote a review. .. I did finally receive items but for one they were like a size 5XL and very cheap material. One shirt was cut wrong. When contacted about returning they drag you along for weeks then they said it would cost more in shipping fees to return than what they were worth so maybe I could give them away or donate them. Or I can send them back but they would NOT return my money.
Bottom line DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. PERIOD.

Previously did a review regarding order. I have received my sundress which looks like a cheap housedress. The purple color in the advertisement was from light to dark purple. It is all one color and very cheaply made. As soon as I complained about no tracking etc after a month, it was sent out. Quality was so poor and I will only wear it around the house. It looks like I took a cheap stretchy fabric from a pillowcase and made a dress out of it. DON'T EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF. RESEARCH THESE COMPANIES FIRST. I WISH I WOULD HAVE!!

NEVER, NEVER buy anything there. They are steelers! They provide terrible quality smelling petrol and almost plastic clothes, 2 - 3 size smaller than regular. They are placed in China. Even if you return your clothes, they are making everything to not to reimburse you your money. I made an effort and i send them back stuff directly from China, following exactly instructions provided by a separate email from them. They admitted they received it, now there is an issue, they cant find it in they "warehouse" STEELERS!

THey also Operate as Orangelex and BerryLook. THey were on FB and an ad came on my page. THey are exactly the defrauders and scammers you describe. Everything you say is happening like clockwork. They try and hesitate you into believing they are busy, customizing, and crap. Nope..a delay tactic. All robotic replies. THey have blocked me off their Oranglelex FB site. I've reported to my credit card company. Will update on how that ends.
Update: My credit card company refunded my money.

Do not order from this company!!!!! I ordered $86.00 worth of shirts and they were nothing like them items on there website and all the shirts were too small. One shirt had a hole in it. I always read the reviews on a company before I order from them, but I did not read up on this company until after I already placed my order. Then I tried to cancel my order within 24 hour. Kohlsheart didn't reply back for 5 days. They said they already shipped my order. To make a long story short, to ship my items back to them was going to cost me around $70.00. The items are shipped from somewhere in the US but to ship the items back you have to ship them to China.

I did not check reviews before ordering. This company needs to be shut down. Product is horrible, size too small. They are impossible to deal with. All the items I ordered cost 80$ the look to value 10$ maybe. I’m contacting the federal Trade Commission

Do not order from thic company. It is not Kohl’s but a company out of China. They send no return information. When you contact them by email if they answer you are told to donate clothes as it’s too expensive to return. Sizes are chinese sizes even if you go by size chart. Clothes too small. Takes forever to receive order. Facebook needs to remove this company from ads.

JUNK!!! Do not order! They do not accept returns!
Total RIP OFF!! I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and Attorney General office. This is an International Company and they have no customer service.

What a rip off. Ordered months ago just received 2 of the 3 items I ordered. Clothing is not what you think your getting. CHEAP, not the same style as in the picture. Asked countless times for a refund. Don't take a chance.

I wish I could give a zero. Shame on me for not reading these reviews first. Poor quality, poor sizing. The items shipped from my state, but needed to be returned to China, so not even worth paying to return the merchandise. Ordered 3 things which are unwearable. Their suggestion to me was to give them to my friends and family as gifts, lol. I wouldn't pass these items on to my enemy. DO NOT ORDER from here. Live and learn.

Normally I read the reviews. Alas, I did not on this one which was a mistaket. I originally sent an email of inquiry before escalating. No response.
Ordered product April 16th. Still waiting...... Filed a complaint with paypal. I would have much rather have had my order..BUYER BE WARE!!

Do not deal with these people!!!. After taking over 6 weeks to receive the order everything was too small. The company will not deal with me to return the shirts and told me I would be "better off to give the clothes to a friend"
I will never deal with them again.

ONLY 2 of three shirts ever shipped. The shirts also run small. I ordered 4 sizes bigger and still can't fit into it. Never buy from them again.

My story echos everyone else's, it seems. Took 2 months for order to arrive, only after contacting the credit card company and disputing the charge, Miraculously, the package arrived a day after I initiated the dispute. The merchandise was so cheap and not true to size, it was pathetic. No contact phone #, no address to send order back and the worst of it was that my credit card company (who I have been with for almost 20 yrs) would not honor the dispute (because I DID receive my order) and recharged my card the $62.00. Send back to China??: How sad is this country where they have to scam us at every turn. I will triple check any companies online, before I ever order another thread. Do your homework people; once you hit PLACE ORDER~you're screwed!

I am with the other customers in wishing I had seen these reviews before I placed an order with this company. Took months to receive the clothes, when they arrived they were not what the pictures represented and they didn’t fit. I emailed them requesting to return them and they wanted me to give them my measurements to check their sizing and told me they didn’t have a warehouse to return them to.
DON’T buy from this website they are a scam.

I wish I had seen these reviews before I placed my order the clothes looked so cute on line but I just received my order and they dont look like what I thought I order cheap materials 2 of them dont fit I'm so disappointed dont anyone ever from here and it took forever to get them
