I wanted to purchase several services on this platform, but their system is extremely buggy and doesn’t allow foreign customers to verify an account using a phone number (I am not a resident of South Korea).
They ignored all of my inquiries across every communication channel, and I never received a single response from a real person. The only thing I managed to discuss with their low-quality AI chatbot was that I could “verify” a fake phone number by using temporary rented numbers.
My suggestion to verify my real foreign phone number and complete additional verification by providing my company’s documents was completely ignored by their bot.
At the same time, I’ve been working with Naver Ads for over 10 years and have had no issues paying for advertising from my foreign company.
Overall, they seem to have absolutely no interest in taking customers’ money - and I’m not even talking about standard replies in situations like this such as “sorry for the inconvenience,” “we’ll take your feedback into account,” etc.
