I'm skeptical about anything that is new, but I was surprised about how great this wallet is. It has multiple security features, and a great price. In overall, I'm satisfied.

The product has a good build quality. The packaging was better than expected. The delivery arrived within a reasonable time period.
The Nexus mobile app could be improved. I had to connect to wallet a second time before balance would appear, my XLM coins are not listed on the app and there is no option for me to set a password on the app to prevent someone else seeing the full value of my wallet. Overall a good experience so far. Also nice to receive delivery with no EU import taxes being added.

I have purchased 3 keystones, I like the way they look and feel. I kept one for my personal use and gifted 2 others, to a family member and one to a friend. These pair well with any hardware wallet, I keep a written copy of my Key, and then I keep the Keystone sealed and in my safe. I am very comfortable with the concept and knowing that even if my house were to catch fire, I would still be able to retrieve my key. AAA+ I highly reccommend the Keystone tablet products, well worth the money especially if you can get them on sale.

Not user friendly, NONE of the QR codes work, It is next to impossible to line the QR codes up with my computer screen to scan them, no human reps to SPEAK to for help (email and online is not SPEAKING, it's TYPING and it's insanely inefficient). Just overpriced garbage. I cannot stand QR codes and didn't realize that 'air gap' meant that QR codes would be necessary for this device to be of any use- very misleading.

When I start my device it shows the icons for the cryptos that I have set it up for, when I click on those icons a QR code shows up and I can't do anything with the QR code because it doesn't work. Same thing with the software wallet. Not to mention, that my exchange doesn't accept QR codes so I have to manually type addresses into my exchange if I want to move any crypto which is pointless to do with this device since I can't access it once it's sent to my device's address anyways.

It blows my mind that in 2025 we have so many high tech products that are user friendly, effective and efficient like cellular phones, online exchanges, and laptops, but cold wallets like those by Keystone are user unfriendly, difficult to use, inefficient, and a waste of time and money.

The tech industry loves to claim that high tech makes life easier, but at this stage in the game, it makes everything way more costly, slow, inefficient and frustrating.

My advice: create a better quality product that is user friendly, comes with PAPER instructions that are CLEAR, and offer customer support over the PHONE like it's 1995 when every process wasn't a major pain in the rear end.

Would not buy again and am telling everyone that I know not to purchase this junk. And if Keystone was truly sorry for my bottom of the barrel experience, then they'd offer me a solution instead of pure lip service apologies.

I have purchased a keystone before, so this is my second one and I love it! It is packed in a beautiful box and you can easily add your seed phrases in it to store it securely.

This is a top of the line hardware wallet.as someone with multiple trezors multiple ledgers ellipals and tangems and waiting on a secux I can say this is on par with my model7. Can't wait to compare with the coldcard and jade which I can't open til christmas. Wish the app worked for the pro3. Thays the only thing I dislike is the lack of app interface since balances aren't shown on device.

My package went missing so I contacted keystone and received multiple replies extremely quickly to my questions. Turns out my package has been delivered without my knowledge days earlier but the Comms were first rate. Excellent vendor.
