Really enjoyed and took advantage of Keepgo eSIM service, hassle-free service!

For me, its great that there's no expiration. I don't use that much mobile data, but I want to have them at disposal whenever I need.

Had very technical issue with not connecting to Data. I emailed and got prompt response and help to troubleshoot and solve issue by inputting new APN settings

From the beginning they're clear about the IP country provider. For me this was really important because with Hong Kong providers you are not able to use Android Auto.
I needed some help with customer service and Ndifreke was reliable and quick, in 10 minutes and after 2 mails everything was solved.

If you're trying to escape ridiculously overpriced cellular plans that offer very little, Keepgo is how you do it. Get yourself a VOIP service, port your phone number, use wi-fi most of the time and use a Keepgo data sim for when you're out and about and need to make a call or send a text.

There was a slight mix-up at the beginning (they configured my sim for Europe instead of North America) but that was solved with a support request.

There's a bit of extra latency because the data is routed through Poland, but overall the speeds really aren't too bad (I clocked ~20Mb/s on a speed test).

If you're not the type of person who absolutely must have that TikTok video on while you're on the bus, then this is a really good way to ditch your mobile carrier and get back to paying reasonable rates for mobile service. A couple gigs of data should last
months if you only use it for on-the-go communication.

It all worked as expected

There was a hiccup with shipping the SIM card with the proper plan, but this was quickly resolved. The SIM card works great in my application. The plan is excellent and inexpensive.

I just finished setting it up, and it seems pretty good. It was just a bit complicated and took me a few hours.

So happy with bought eSIM, very easy to install, I had connection problems when I arrived and their IT support was very quick and kind

They blocked my SIM card line and removed my 3gb balance. I will never go with this company again. Their customer service was terrible and I feel cheated.

Update: in response to keepgo, my account was not credited the data, it was wiped out. I have the screenshot to prove that my data is now sitting at zero. I asked how I can fix my issue and was told by your customer service rep that I had to buy a new sim card so that's another $67 usd including the $14 shipping!

Good so far....it works fine on my phone...think I managed 20Mbit in the mountains...
Just wanted access to the "other" network if Verizon is off line

Easy to use worldwide

I have been using keepgo for about 2 years for my trips to China, Japan, Europe and Mexico! The eSIM works perfectly in countries I traveled! The service team is great! They helped me transferred my old eSIM to a new device without any hassle! Really recommend their products!

The flexibility to use this for traveling to different countries makes it far more flexible and ultimately more cost effective than an e-sim that's locked into a specific nation. It's only my first day using it but it's been a great option for data while traveling - especially since the data allotment doesn't run out when my trip is done. I can keep using Keepgo for years into the future.
