I was really excited to have lifetime data buckets, but advertising lifetime expiration is false. If you get a new phone, the SIM won’t transfer and you loose your balance. Totally disappointed in this

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that the eSIM QR code is tied to a specific device and cannot be transferred to a new device. If you have changed your phone or reset it, Keepgo will offer a new eSIM profile for our customers who have changed their device up to 3 lines. The new eSIM profile will have the same bundle and the same data balance. To proceed with the transfer, you can contact our support directly via the chatbox with your account.
Alternatively, you can purchase a new eSIM line for your new phone. Once your new eSIM is activated successfully, we will assist you in transferring all your unused data over. This way, you won't loose any single MB you have paid for

Excellent company! Have been using the service for over 2 years on all my phones and tablets. Once installed, excellent service, works all over (including testing in my home country so I don't have to fiddle with the phone on arrival...). Excellent service - email answer within minutes - good answers, intelligent, solved problem immediately. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Purchased the physical sim card, first trip with the card we went to Mexico, worked great, automatic connection worked, but manual selection to AT&T network was also flawless.
Love the data retention and card not expiring, much better than trying to keep a Mexican sim card active.
