Kano: Great ideas. No support. Broken apps :-(

Kano has some great ideas, but they abandon the customers who supports them!
Bought a Kano Pixel kit for my son. Some functions are fun, some are lacking (JavaScript editing and functionality without a computer connected) but the programming app is downright broken and has been for a year now! You can't save your creations!? The issue was reported to Kano january 2020. Kano don't care. I'm dissapointed. Dont buy anything from them!
