Tried to use the certificate number…

Tried to use the certificate number they issued me with Arizona DMV and they wouldn't recognize the number. Had to retake test with DMV. Total waste of time and money. Tried to contact company and no response.

Not user-friendly or accommodating

A Kalkomey Enterprises course I needed to take for work expired after I got injured, was out of work for a few months, and work training fell by the wayside. I was NEVER notified that my course would be expiring soon. You would expect a notification, right? Just a simple “Hey, [username]! Don’t forget to complete your course by [date]. Otherwise, you’ll have to pay the full registration fee again and restart the course.”

When I tried to return to my course, I didn’t realize it had permanently expired and thought I was just having trouble extending my access. Customer Service was curt and unsympathetic. They didn’t even properly explain that I had to go to the homepage of the course to register again- but could use my existing account- rather than being able to register again while logged into my account.

I’d recommend doing your recreational safety training elsewhere, if at all possible.
