Not What I Hoped In How They Advertise
Was hoping what should have been a caring and seamless enough transfer of schools for my teen because we moved and it already been enough time being out of school. I thought K12 would be alright in being flexible, understanding our situation and going wherever we go. What I estimate in taking 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 weeks took a month and a half.This took longer than it had to over things that doesn't keep the process from going and -stated- on their website to be saved for later. As your child would still be able to soon start. Had to keep correcting staff I interacted with writting me off that I'm the parent and not legal guardian. Most schools whether online or in-person, there a Parent Portal.There was login trouble with what I found out to be the CORRECT login details when I had something else to turn in An enrollment member tried to give me a hard time on communicating with me VIA email and not text, when I already included it in my application as the preferred and fastest contact method. Everyone was being slow , weird and careless as an inconvenience
