DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
I bought a discord bot hosting 5 days ago. A couple of minutes after buying it, it said that my service is available now but there's no possible way of me accessing the service I bought. I tried contacting support by making a ticket explaining that I can't access my discord bot hosting service and they just closed my ticket without even responding.

I paid two times and I still having issues to sign in my discord hosting.

do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
Bought a server from them, already from the start there were issues, despite their "instant delivery" it took more than 24 hours + a ticket to get my server started.
The server then worked fine for a couple of days, and then just went offline, showing some kind of error.
It has now been offline and not working for more than 7 days with no help from their support.
Go somewhere else.

Cheap, but faulty too.
Seems like this priority thing is a lie. Not really happy with this hosting so far. It lags, stutters, randomly crashes for no reason, and my server is not showing up on server lists for 4 days now. And on top of that you guys take almost longer then 24 hours to respond on a "high priorty ticket". My server can't be seen anywhere so no one can play.
I migrated my server from a different hosting company to this one, it was cheaper, and had better perfomance. But it turned out that all comes at the cost of broken panel features and instability on your server. Biggest mistake untill they prove me otherwise..
Oh, they have an FTP option for your server... which also doesn't function... surprisee...
Would you be happy if we turned this around?

We are sorry to hear you are experiencing Jetstax like this. It indeed should not take that long to answer a support ticket.
Just something about the SFTP option. The SFTP connection is working flawless so what I recommend is trying to updating the password of the SFTP account. You can do so by signing out of the server panel. Clicking on sub-user login and then click on change password. Now just fill in the email address and you will receive an email to reset the password.

Customer service is absolutely awful, the server was non-functional for 4 days and we could not get any help from the support team at all. They ignored our messages completely and the owner only answered when we offered him more money. When the server was working for about one hour it was completely unplayable with how laggy it was. Servers are god awful and customer service is even worse do not bother.
