I had a really great experience with John B today. I called in to cancel since I wasn't able to send more than 10 documents (20mb) online. I called in for assistance, was was able to get my issue resolved. He even stayed 30 minutes after his scheduled shift to assist me which really meant a lot. SUPERIOR service today!

Better Phone Support Than Anyone Else
I signed up to send one fax quickly as it was the middle of the night and it needed to be there tomorrow. Afterwards I wanted to close my account, fax completed, and it was easy and stress free. The staffer spoke perfect English and was very helpful.

Please think about another company before you go this this one !
I trusted them with my free phone number and they subcontracted the line out to third party cowboys!!
My line has been down for nearly 4 days causing serious harm to my business!!
They have cut of my life line and they don’t care !
They blame a third party and have left me thousands of pounds out of pocket .
They suggested a new number but no suggestion of how to change the number on all of my vehicles and adverts .
I’m loosing sleep and business as they go home at 5pm leaving me to worry as to how I will survive tomorrow.
If you value your business, don’t use them .
Find a company who use a well known and secure carrier .
If my number isn’t up and running soon , I might have to close my doors .
