Poor Service

I googled my search for this item and…
I googled my search for this item and selected Ionic Pharma as it was the most competitive price and offered free postage. The checkout procedure was somewhat complicated and I was charged for postage. I sent an email querying the postage charge but to date have not received an answer. The package was delivered on time, but the box was crushed, fortunately no damage done to the tube of foot cream. I don't think I will use this company again, although I highly recommend the product.

Short Expiry Dates
The items I ordered (received 10 March 2025) had an expiry date of August 2025 (manufactured August 2023). The product packaging states that the product should not be used after the expiry date, but should be used within 12 months of opening so I only had about 4 months in which they could be used. So this company appears to be selling products close to expiry and this is perhaps why they are cheaper than others. I contacted them by email to ask if this was an unfortunate error and could they please replace the products with at least 12 months to expiry. They haven't replied 24 hours later. So you get what you pay for with this company. I for one will not be using them again.
