Throughout my entire experience, Eric Daniels from International Plus was nothing short of phenomenal. No matter where I was in the world or what time it was, he was always available, literally 24/7. Whether it was a small question, a concern, or a post-procedure check-in, Eric responded quickly and always went above and beyond to make sure I was okay.

I never once felt like I was on my own. In fact, he often reached out before I even had to, making sure everything was going smoothly, whether I was mid-procedure or healing afterward.

The clinic is a complete tragedy! They don't do what you want at all, but what is easiest and most convenient for them! What they put in is not zirconium but very, very low-grade third-grade porcelain. The teeth are different in shape, they don't fit well at all between the tooth and the gum! On the first day after the placement, not even 12 hours had passed and I have holes almost everywhere! They don't take your wishes into account at all! They just burn the crowns and say that this is the only way it can be done! A very, very fraudulent clinic!!!!! I will advise anyone who has problems to contact me! I have experience in Istanbul, I have already sued another clinic, which returned my money and of course I trusted the next scammers and gave them my money! I have a forensic doctor in both Bulgaria and Istanbul. This is just obvious marketing in which they promise that everything possible will be done, but it does not happen. As soon as I returned to my country, I visited a dentist who was shocked by the placement of the crowns and shared about very very low quality and not well done work again. This was my fourth time changing my teeth in the hope that there would be no more problems and stress in my life, but Turkey is just butchers!!!!! And we pay 4000 euros… This price does not even include a hotel, it is paid separately, there is only a transfer….. Now to go back to this clinic to fix their mistake, which they made, because teeth are not made in 5 or 7 days because the gums must be completely restored, I have to buy plane tickets again in both directions and earn money for a hotel, food, etc.… They did surgery on my gums, I am still dying of pain, it is full of stitches but the wound is not sewn up properly. All the meat is just moving in my mouth. Run away from Turkey, do not be fooled and misled by the fact that they treat you well and flatter themselves, all this is until they take your money and lie to you repeatedly about everything. Once the money is in their hands, everything ends with your demands and wishes!!! They do what is fastest and easiest for them!! The biggest liars are in Turkey!!!My teeth from the previous clinic looked much more beautiful than they are now! And they said that zirconia is very low quality, and this one is the same 😆😆😆 On 15.09.25 at around 22:00 in the evening I visited the clinic. I explained everything to them, that I was returning to Istanbul for the fourth time for tooth extraction and placement and that I had been walking this path for two years and finally I wanted peace with my life and my teeth! I was with my husband and my one baby year old baby!!! I asked them for help , they said that my front teeth were not done well and the zirconia was not of good quality and they said that they would make them much better , then I said that this was what I was most afraid of hearing because I had already heard it three times before . The translator in Bulgarian stopped lying the whole time, she didn’t even remember what she was lying about and every time she said something different. So their “prettier teeth “ hadn’t even passed and 12 hours after the placement in four places everything was full of holes! The crowns don’t fit well at all.. There is a gap between the crown and the gum! Not to mention that the upper teeth are made like a child game of zig zag! Snail on the right side , big on the left side. At the beginning I asked if they could make the color white that was on my old teeth , they said yes , even better. I didn’t get the same color at all , it wasn’t even similar. But when they have to take your money, you will hear everything you want , and then you get the fastest, most convenient and easiest option for them! They did surgery on my lower teeth’s gums , supposedly everything was sewn up , and right now I’m dying of pain , I can’t sleep at night because the meat is just moving inside. The day before when I had a sample for the crown, the color was shocking , it had nothing to do with what I wanted! They said they would return them, they would even order a white color if the laboratory didn’t have it and the colour would be the same as my old teeth! Yes but NO! They returned the crown in the same colour that they had the day before, just that the crown were already sealed and ready to be placed! I cried for probably an hour because neither the colour was what I wanted nor the teeth were fixed to be symmetrical! Now I just have crooked teeth and holes in my gums and pain! International plus is just a scam and a very big lie! In order to go back to fix their mistakes because it is not mine I have to lose about 3000more pounds for plane tickets, foods, hotel.

I had an excellent experience at International Plus. The staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The dentist explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and was very gentle throughout the procedure. The clinic is clean, modern, and well-organized. I had hand plastic surgery at this clinic. The doctors said, "If there are any problems, write immediately." I wrote, and they replied that they would forward it to the doctor. And that was it. Silence, a day passed. I have a fever from an inflamed hand. My hand is hardened. No one answered me. I think a normal clinic wouldn't allow such a careless attitude. I'm very sorry, and I can't recommend it.

Exceptional service from the time I landed in the airport, I was met by welcoming transportation drivers who escorted me to my hotel. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Hospital staff were very prompt, professional and helpful. Interpreters are very helpful when it comes to language barriers. Dr’s are very knowledgeable and explained every detail of my procedure. I would recommend International Plus Clinic to anyone. Follow up treatment still available even after I’ve left the county. Great experience.

I had my treatment at International Plus 8 weeks ago and the results have been beyond anything I could have dreamed of. The reaction to my new smile has been overwhelmingly positive—family, friends, and colleagues have all been complimentary.

The Experience

I was in Istanbul for 10 days in total, which was longer than I initially expected due to the level of treatment I required. This is worth bearing in mind if you’re planning a trip.

The clinic itself is world-class: immaculately clean, highly professional, and conveniently located close to the hotel they arranged for me. Communication around treatment, travel, and accommodation was always clear, and I was able to ask as many questions as I needed.

My dentist, Dr. Talha Durmuş, was exceptional. He listened carefully, reassured me at every stage, and made the whole experience as comfortable as possible—something I really valued as I had not been to a dentist for 18 years due to a phobia.

The wider team also made a big difference. My medical advisor, Mira, provided all the information before I travelled and was very patient with my many many questions, and Peit provided excellent aftercare and advice once I returned home.

Treatment

My treatment involved 24 zirconium crowns, gum lasering, root canals, bite realignment, and masseter Botox. It was a lot to go through in a week, and recovery can be slow. Eight weeks on, I still have some lingering jaw ache, but I’m managing this and expect it to ease with time. Following the clinic’s aftercare instructions has been essential and I’d strongly recommend sticking to them closely for the best results.

Advice for Others

If possible, bring X-rays with you to speed up the process.

Avoid booking treatments that overlap with a Sunday, as the clinic is closed that day.

Be prepared for some flexibility in price, as this can change depending on what procedures are required once your treatment plan is finalised.

Allow extra time for your trip - think about your timeline.

Room for Improvement

The only part of the experience I feel could have been better was the 'in-clinic' translation support. The translator I was assigned at the clinic came across a little detached, which made some interactions feel transactional rather than reassuring. Given the investment and the nerves I had, I would have preferred a translator who was more supportive and comforting during the process.

Overall

Despite some nerves and the intensity of the treatment, my overall experience with International Plus has been extremely positive. I feel cared for, the results speak for themselves, and I would recommend them to others considering similar treatment.

Am so happy with everything from start Ella was very helpful ,and she always makes sure I understand everything organised my flight, hotel and even the taxi, I started the treatment from May until last week the result was good thanks I was expecting, I didn't have any complicated with anything I got new smile ,the teeth looking nice, Dr MURAT ISMAIL KURT and his team were very patience and very good , overall all the staff from International Plus were good definitely I will go again in future.

I first got into contact with my advisor Ella Brooks. She has been kindand patient. She guided me through the entire process seamlessly. The entire process went well without any hiccups. My only wish is that the hotel had adjustable beds. I'm currently 12 days post op and back home recovering. I would definitely recommend International Plus to anyone wanting to get work done.

However, I must respectfully disagree with your explanation. My complaint is *not about hygiene or temporary discomfort*, but about *a serious error during the treatment*. There was a *visible gap between the gum and teeth*, and *no bone was placed*, which was later confirmed by my dentist in Spain as *malpractice*.

Additionally, the defect was *covered temporarily with pink wax material* for a photo, while I was still under anesthesia — not a proper or lasting medical solution.

This is not a matter of adaptation or cleaning. It is the result of a *technical failure* during the procedure. I reached out to you not only for explanation, but for *a written, concrete solution*, which I have not received.

As an international patient, I expected professionalism, responsibility, and patient care — not vague replies.

From the beginning my contact with the person on the other end of the phone Dr.Zeina made the process easy,the communication was so trustworthy that made me comfortable ,the procedure was painless the staff was friendly and the hospital was super clean now I have the best smile ever..I will recommend.

I do not recommend this clinic in any way. I came to Turkey to have my cracked crowns replaced and this clinic replaced me four times because they couldn't do it properly the first time. Before the first replacement they suddenly told me that I needed to have my canals treated and charged 260 euros for it, even though I had only come to have my crowns replaced.

As it turned out, no one had treated my canals. Later, the doctor himself said that it was not necessary to treat them, but they did not return the money for the "treatment". It's been a month, I'm constantly in a scandal with the clinic, but they ignore me and refuse to return the money. They don't give me a receipt for payment either, they try to hide the fact that they took money for the service they didn't provide.

This clinic simply deceives people, takes money for services that it does not do, and does not return the money when it turns out that they themselves were wrong. The level of service is terrible, the attitude towards patients is disrespectful.
