Avoid this company at all costs! If you’re lucky enough to get what you actually ordered (correct model, size etc…) and without defects or tacky fake looking yellow metalwares, then all good! But if you’re not happy with the craftsmanship or you receive the wrong item then their customer service is non existent! They will try to push you to keep the items anyway for 20% refund and charge you $80 to ship the correct replacements!!! Absolute joke! I just want to return the 2 bags I received at their cost because they made the mistake ( one bag was the wrong model and the other had defects) but they don’t even give the option to return them! If you wanted a refund then forget it!!! And they drag communication on forever blaming the time difference, probably trying to wear their customers down!!!

I placed 2 orders, credit card was charged immediately and 5+ weeks later, I haven't received any product. I phoned and left multiple messages and also emailed several times without response. I ended up disputing the charge on my credit card and believe this so called merchant is nothing but a SCAM!!! Fortunately, I took the precautions and used PayPal and notified them that they need to pull back their payment. I only wish I had googled the reviews to find out what a POS company this is instead of just going by the reviews on their order site. Lesson learned!

If there could be a negative star I would leave that. Integrity bags claim to be authentic bags from top designers, they are cheep imitation . They claim to offer a full refund. But it has been over a Month and after 30 emails back and forth, I mailed the bags back, and now I’m out $500.00 + 125.00 for shipping. Do not waist your money. I am contacting the BBB

It smells like chemicals. It's really bad to where the bag is outside. The hardware is terribly scuffed (there was no protective film). The leather is thick, and the stitching looks pretty good. The packaging was poor.

Terrible products..faux leather cracks discoloration. Emblems off centered and merchandise doesn't even resemble the authentic merchandise color variation wise. Don't shop here.

They also start and delete multiple social media accounts (probably due to poor quality and fraud and theft issues).

My LV bag arrived today and I could not be more happy with the product. I am 100% reordering from them again.

My bag is fantastic! The details and gold spot on. Amazing quality. Amazing stitching. The leather is high quality and soft! I was worried it was going to be stiff but it’s not. Love it. I’ll buy again!

Beware of this company. Bags are made from cheap materials but the company charges for high quality products. I have been trying to return a bag for a refund for several days now and the company keep sending me emails which are designed to discourage me from returning the bag and are very obstructive. They say things like the bag may get lost in transit and will take a long time to arrive at the depot. To return items they recommend sending them using their postage option which costs $USD60 - which is $92 Australian dollars. However, for me to organise my own postage costs less than half of that. This company is very dishonest and only sells really bag quality items. I really cant stress how much you should stay away from buying anything from them. The behaviour of the company indicates that the company:
-does not want to issue returns or refunds
-uses delay tactics in hopes that the return window expires
-sends automated or scripted responses to avoid liability

These bags are of super good quality. It takes about a month to get them, but they come. Customer service is great and provide step by step progress and tracking info. I ordered 3 bags and a wallet. Everything came at different times. Was concerned and called the customer service #, they were, I think, based out of a home, but rest assured, they put me at ease on my order. ! Have since bought 3 more designer handbags!

I have had a positive outcome. The two items I purchased arrived and were beautifully made. Yes it takes some time to arrive which made me nervous about receiving at all, however, the contact between seller was excellent. And, I would not hesitate to purchase again. Paid through PayPal on 11/07 and item arrived approx. 11/17.
Both items came in original boxes with dust bags and official looking tags/cards. They are shipped in original boxes and in a plastic sleeve. The wallet box came through perfect but the handbag box got damaged.

Update: Emailing with customer service as I write this.
The thin straps on my beautiful tote bag have started to split/crack from the base upwards on both sides of each strap where they attach to the handbag. Two handles x 4 areas of attachments. They do not appear to be leather.
After waiting for an insert I have only carried this bag for 5 days! It is $80.00 to return. Took 2 stars off as so disappointed.
Will contact American Express to see if I can put in a claim.

Do not buy from this company. They do not send what they say they will. While it looks somewhat similar, what they send, is complete trash and not where near the quality that is represented or explaining nor expected. They say, that they have a return policy. If you attempt to return, they give you someone's home address who has no connection to this company at all. This company is a total scam and they defraud people.

This company is great and the quality of the bags are top tier. I also love they give discount codes are always quick to respond. i kept seeing the advertisement on social media and decided to step out on faith. I've ordered 5 bags. two Chanel and 3 lv bags. They always send photos before they ship them.

The pictures on the website show genuine bags, but they sent a cheap, dollar-store quality bag—complete garbage. I’ve filed a fraud dispute. Save your money and buy Coach or another reputable brand instead. This product is not worth carrying, and all the 5-star reviews are clearly fake!

I have bought multiple bags with great shipping. Bags were really nice. The last bag i bought came with a huge gash I. The leather. After reaching out the I terrify bags I was told they would ship a new bag to be delivered no layer than 10/15. I still have not received my replacement bag. I am also waiting for over 2 months for another bag to be divered. I am very disappointed in this company and will no longer buy from them. They do nothing but lie to you and take your money.

Simply LOVE LOVE LOVE my bag! The quality is top tier and the customer service is superb! I will DEFINITELY order more from them!
