Let me start by saying this company stayed in constant contact with me throughout the entire process. I initially faced an issue with the bag I ordered being sent to the wrong address, which was not their fault. It was an error on my part, but they were willing to work with me to resolve it. Long story short, I was able to retrieve the bag from the address it was delivered to. I must say, the bag is of excellent quality. They even included a wallet as a bonus. I will definitely order from them again.

Oh my goodness what an amazing experience from integrity bags not only did I receive one and sometimes two daily updates from this company. They had excellent customer service. When I finally received my bag after it was released from customs it came beautifully packaged and is just gorgeous I love it. I will definitely order from this company again in the future, as they are not only honest, but definitely care about their customers.

I just had to write a review about the excellent customer service experience I received from Integrity bags. They were more than happy to assist me with my payment issue that I was very concerned about. I was assured that the problem could be taken care of and received a fast refund. My bag is gorgeous. I had a question regarding my handbag because I thought there was a defect. Customer service quickly responded and showed me it was not a defect but an issue of setting the bag up correctly (chains, lock and key location). I am so happy with this purchase.

High Quality bag very fast shipping considering it comes from overseas, and they communicate with you the whole time.

I wanted to write a review about this company. Not only was Integrity Bags easy to work with but they also helped me out with a product that had to be returned because I ordered the wrong item. They worked fast with replacing the item and updated me every step of the way when it came time for delivery. I am very pleased with Integrity Bags and I will be using them again for all my purchases of handbags. Thank you Integrity Bags!

I purchased a watch from them and I didn’t have high hopes, but what arrived was for more disappointing and expected. The bezel is out of alignment. The deployment clasp doesn’t even work and when I contacted them for the exchange program, they had me send them a video which I did. The response to the video was oh yes, we could see it’s broken but instead of replacing it we will send you another bracelet If you pay us 50 bucks. A few hundred dollars wasted but it confirmed the negative reviews I have read recently. I have bought bags from them and they were worth the money so I had high hopes for the cloned watches. I was not only disappointed but turned off from buying any other items including bags after this horrible experience.

This is my second or third bag from Integritybags and im thrilled with it. I will never pay full price for luxury ... and I don't buy these for the logos ... I actually find their bags to be of superb quality, made of excellent materials, and at an unbeatable price. yes, sometimes you have to wait a bit, but as long as you have patience, you will be pleased with your purchase.

I ordered the LV Bandouliere in Denin and it was exactly like the photos! I’m very pleased with my experience, I regularly heard from the Customer Service team, and I will be sure to order from Integrity bags again!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Initially ordered a $500 order in December. Never received it. Got the runaround from customer service and eventually was promised a replacement. Here it is March 9 and I still have not received my order. Customer service claims part of my order arrived (I have received nothing) and offered to refund half of my money. At this point, I am so tired of dealing with this company that I took the offer and will chalk it up to a lesson learned. DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY, ITS A SCAM!!!!!

Sadly, after buying many bags from them, I have to warn you not to buy anything from this company. They ship their bags all squashed in a tightly wrapped black plastic. This means that the bag, if it's anything but canvas (so any leather bags) will arrive creased. Birkin bags creased? Horrible. First it took over 2 months for me to get the bag, and then the bag was creased. When I asked the to replace the bag, they kept offering me a discount to keep it and never replaced the bag. Why would I pay a single cent for a bag that's unusable? their customer service is atrocious when things go wrong. I wouldn't bother with them anymore and will no longer purchase anything from them. There are better places to buy bags from.

I was looking for something bougie for my Birthday and I tried this company and ordered my self a bag. I can betcha the flex was worth my money. They are not scammed, they did not delay my item, it came exactly when it said it will come. I love my purse. If you want to look bougie for less money, this is the company for you. Your money is safe. Love my purse. I will come back for the LV duffle blue cutie thing I have been looking at.

I had a wonderful experience with this site. First off, I bought a bag from them previously and it was gorgeous and perfect. Secondly, more recently, I purchased another bag from them and the strap had a little fray in the sewing so I asked about an exchange or return and my options. They fully took care of me and gave me several options to make sure I was satisfied. I did decided to exchange for a new bag and only had to pay the shipping and keep still got to keep the original with the fray instead of just getting a new strap sent. I felt as though that was very fair being that these are reasonable prices. The customer service was wonderful. Obviously with the time difference from where I live and their working hours I do usually get responses before bed or when I wake up and it can take a few days of back and forth in emailing, but that’s also to be expected and not a problem at all since they are very responsive in their working hours. Also, there are many reviews with complaints, but as far as my experience has been I have nothing but good things to say about them and have also referred friends to the site. I appreciate their work and will continue to purchase from in the future.

Read the reviews. Save your money for a NYC weekend to Canal St. I ordered two bags and the “leather” and “hardware” are plastic. The threads on the strap are fraying in a few areas. The quality is horrible for the cost. These bags should not cost more than $45 tops. Very disappointing.

Somewhat positive- the shipping was fast, with no ability to truly track. Get inaccurate update emails.

Terrible customer service. I purchased an item in December and included shipping insurance. I never received the item or a refund. I am waiting for PayPal to resolve the issue. I sent several messages to Integrity and was assured that someone would contact me regarding the issue. I think that this company is a scam and they just earn interest on funds for months while they claim that items are “on the way”.

Misleading Refund Practices and defective merchandise

I received a defective product and contacted this company immediately to request a return and full refund. Instead of providing clear return instructions, I was sent multiple long, scripted emails designed to steer me away from a refund.

Each response reframed my request into “alternative solutions” that benefited the company—partial refunds, paying additional fees for a replacement, or keeping a defective item while spending more money. Although they claim a full refund is available through return, they repeatedly delayed providing a return address and clear instructions.

This process felt intentionally exhausting and obstructive. I simply asked for what any customer should reasonably receive: the ability to return a defective product and obtain a full refund.

Be cautious when ordering. If something goes wrong, expect resistance and pressure rather than straightforward customer service.

The Gucci Ophidia medium duffle bag and accessories is absolutely beautiful and very well made. Shipping took a little longer than expected, but only by a few days. Customer service was responsive and personable about shipping questions and tracking. The price was amazing! My only issue is that the interior of the bag has a very strong, pungent chemical odor. I have it open in the garage to air out. I hope it works.

I recently bought a LV bag for $208 with hopes it would be decent. I looked at some reviews, they were iffy but others were good. I received the bag and it looked like it was made of rubber. I first asked for a partial refund, they responded they would. I did not receive. Next, I asked for an address to return on both their email and Instagram. No response except Instagram told me they’re closed on weekends but did not give the address. I am stuck on what’s next. Losing $208 with a crappy bag is probably what I’m facing.
