I want to say thank you to identita shoes … for just in a short notice of me requesting a last min birthday shoe today … I hit them up on social media taking a risk to get my birthday shoes delivered by Friday and they hit me back and confirmed that they can make my time window .. no less then 1 hour I received my tracking number just after placing my order.. I think you guys so much and I can’t wait to receive my package I’ve also ordered with them in the past and their shoes are literally dancing shoes I can wear them all night.. great work with the brand and i plan on shopping more in the future.

Dear sirs , we have received the shoe which was not fitting well.
We send it back with courrier which we paid as well and your company promised to refund the money back to us within 28 working days .
Much to our regret although 3 months has been elapsed i have not received my funds yet .

Mi shoes arrived broken. !! And are very very expensive !! I want return this shoes and anybody give me an answer!!!!

In February 2025 I’ve ordered heeled mules.
Unfortunately they didn’t fit and therefore they were sent back. I would receive a refund.
In march 2025 I’ve received an email regarding the refund process. I would receive my refund back between 1 until 14 days.
May 2025 I was kindly asked to wait 2 - 4 days the refund would be available.
Today it’s July and still haven’t received any refund (€ 180,-)

My wife wears their shoes to work every day. They are well made and the sizing is spot on. And most of all they look great.

My shoes came within the time stated and they look well made for the most part! The inner sole does not blend with the rest of the shoe so I can see that becoming an issue in the future with it potentially peeling off. I got the Jill Mules and they are beautiful and I received compliments on them. However, they gave me blisters around the point of the straps touching my foot. It might be that I just need to break them in more though.

The Company is doing the shoes well and in perfect quality, for me the black boxes where better.......i would like to have halv numberst, so that you can order also 36,5 for example

I have bought two pairs of boots and one pair of pumps from Identita Shoes. There were no issues with the payment as reported from other users. My items arrived in Germany within 14 days and well packed. The shoes are true to size I feel very comfy wearing them despite 12 cm stiletto heels The shoes look oh so gorgeous and I have received some nice feedback from other ladies. Yeah, I am very happy with my Identita boots.

Unserious company, I do not recommend it under any circumstances! They do not refund money in case of return!

The pair of shoes was too small for my wife. I sent them back via registered mail with a confirmed delivery. Although I sent multiple mails asking to confirm the reception, I received no feedback. I flagged the issue with Paypal and was promised a refund which I didn't receive so far.

Great materials of the shoes, and the design of the heel makes it comfortable to wear "most" of the day (9 hours / day) despite it's 12mm heel. i think they use AI in designing with the conventional methods of manufacturing which makes it great added value

Adequate turn time from ordering process to delivery. The quality of the product and comfort of the shoes was on point. I probably could use a smaller size, I am not sure yet. With a bear foot the shoe is fine, however when wearing hosiery the shoe flops off. Tis is my second pair. I will order again and order a size 38 instead of 39 shoe.

Cheater!!!!!! Don’t do any Order!!!!!! The experience is a no go!!!! I ordered payed and sended the delivery back because the shoes have been to small but I never received the money back!!!!

The shoes are gorgeous. I had to return my pair because they were too small and had absolutely no issue with the return. Great product and very good customer service.

Good quality for good price. Unfortunately my return didnt arrive at identita because of logistic problems. Identita wasnt ready to take the product back. Also no answer on my fist contact to customer care because i ordered the wrong size. Overall, good product but room for improvement on customer service.

Process of purchasing, delivering and customer service but on top of it all, great designs plus quality products. Haven’t had any problem and think I would either but I am sure if it’s ever come across it will be handled according
