Very pleased with service from point of order through to delivery. This hot tub has replaced a swimspa which had become too big for us. So glad we purchased from Hot Tub Master as so far no complaints. Hot tub looks lovely & is now heating up ready for first dip.

What an amazing company from start to finish. Fiona in sales was very helpful with giving advice on selecting our hot tub and confirming delivery dates. Then the delivery guys were so helpful with setting up and advice on using the hot tub. Would highly recommend this company if your looking for a hot tub as there very competitive with prices and will help you from start to finish.

The ordering process was really quick and easy. We had the hot tub delivered by 2 lovely guys. They fitted and explained how everything worked which was really helpful and saved us a lot of time. The hot tub itself is absolutely fantastic and there hasn’t been a single day so far where my wife and children haven’t been in it. It’s so easy to check the chemical levels, change the filter and keep it clean - something I worried about - and we have plenty of chemicals to keep it going for months. All in all I think this is one of the best purchases I have ever made. If a hot tub is something you are considering, I would highly recommend this company.

I had my new hot tub delivered and installed last Friday 17th July and I am so happy with the whole process from online purchase to delivery - communication was excellent, delivery was very fast and the delivery guys were amazing, explaining everything to me making sure I was completely happy before they left- this meant so much as I am a single lady and not tech savvy at all!

I absolutely love my hot tub from hot tub master. I spent a lot of time researching and was drawn to hot tub master as their prices were very competitive. The customer service was great throughout and delivery and installation very smooth. It has been a god send in this hot weather to be able to sit in my beautiful tub and luxuriate. Highly recommended. 5 star service and product.

From start to finish the process with Hot tub Master flowed with ease. Fiona was informative with all that needed to be installed before we could accept our Spa. On delivery day the two men were extremely polite & carried out the positioning of the Spa carefully. Once installed they explained all the instructions of how to use, even where the water level should be. They left our garden neat & tidy from any rubbish. We would certainly recommend Hot tub Master to Friends & Family in the future.

From our initial telephone enquiry with Andrew Brunton who was very helpful took time to explain everything we needed to know, to delivery and installation with Dwayne and Daniel who again were very helpful and made the installation go so smoothly we couldn’t fault our experience top drawer very professional.

Recently bought an Albany 3 hot tub from them. Fiona was very helpful on the phone when we were choosing our model, answering all of questions and guiding us through things we needed to know. The two delivery men were efficient and carefully manoeuvred the tub to where we wanted it.

A thoroughly simple and straightforward experience! The sales team were great, able to answer the questions we had. Added a cover lifter to our order a few days later without issue. Communication was excellent and on the delivery day the installation team of Hoobert & Zen were pleasant, and hard working. All in all a really great service from start to finish! We love our hot tub and I’d recommend this company if you are looking for a hot tub. Five Stars!

I have nothing but positive things to say about hottubmaster! At every stage of our purchase, Andrew and the team have been nothing but exceptional. Customer service is second to none. Our initial enquiry was not straight forward, as our hot tub had to be maneuvered through a garage, up several steps, across decking and then down more steps. This was no problem. Andrew and the team have a 'can do' approach, and along with the comprehensive pre-delivery checks and route checking service, we were confident that we were placing our order with the right company. When delivery day finally arrived, the team from hottubmaster were outstanding. We were told when to expect the hot tub and delivery went off without a problem. I'd highly recommend the installation service as well as placement. Well worth it! The hot tub is great, came just in time for summer!

Can not thank the brilliant installers Ash & Lawrence who came to deliver & fit my hot tub they were not fazed when it wouldn't go in my garden past an over hang on my veranda & took the screen down to manoeuvre it in place & put it all back good as new 😀
