1,5 years ago I was looking for a channel manager that is not expensive to manage a small property. After some research I discovered Hostex via Reddit.

Hostex provides all the basics to manage bookings, pricings, automation and communication.
It is easy to connect to different platforms and the synchronization is quick. Also they provide a direct booking site where you can either use their templates to create a website or implement your properties to your own site.

Integration with 3rd party tools like PriceLabs is also done quickly and works.

Their support is very responsive and helpful.

Highly recommended who is looking for an easy to use PMS.

Keep it going Hostex!

After using Smoobu as my channel manager, I found it too expensive for a small property owner like myself with just one or two units. It was missing key features I needed, such as:
• VRBO synchronization
• An easy website builder
• Google Vacation integration
• Overall system speed and responsiveness

Smoobu also felt slow and cumbersome, making management a hassle.

Hostex is good for me as it blocks all the other platforms I'm on when a booking comes in.
So I don't have to worry about getting double booked and I don't have to manually block which is time consuming.A great tool highly recommend it .

Has many great features, particularly for the price. Customer service has also been great. Would like to see ability to charge credit cards manually within the system as many of our booking come direct via phone!

It is a simple yet complete tool to make reservations. I have tested several PMS trying to find the right for me and I found it with Hostex. I fully recommend this PMS to anyone trying improve their hosting process.

Where has this app been all my life? I am loving Hostex. I have two properties and multiple channels and Hostex puts everything together in one place for me. It is awesome. I also synced all my locks on each property - that is 6 locks in total and we are now sending automated emails with door codes. Game changer!

I really like the Korean language support, but it's a shame that I can't register my accommodation by linking to some sites like Vrbo.

Hostex is a great tool at very affordable price. Easy to set up, and the sync does really work well, and support always provides an answer within short amount of time which are important aspects to me.

Hostex has helped make managing my home much easier. The support has been great. Some kinks need to still be worked out like their AI response and short code in messages, but it is still very good.

Affordable, helpful, efficient, good customers service

I have been using Hostex for about 6 months now and really enjoy its ease of use and features. When I can't understand how to do somethings the team are helpful and assist me in working out how to do the tasks at hand. I highly recommend if your looking for a great channel management system.

Before using Hostex, I was so stressed checking each platform one by one—there were even times I had guest issues or overbookings because of it. But ever since I started using Hostex, hosting has become so much easier and more organized. It syncs my calendars perfectly and saves me so much time. Truly a game-changer for busy hosts. Highly recommended!

Pretty great service, takes some time to figure out everything. But the customer service team is super help and relatively quick to answer any questions. We’ll be using them for the long run!

Hostex has some very promising features for a PMS. I appreciate the fast customer service the most. Some limitations include, no built-in translation feature for the unified inbox, limited calender view to one week (not able to view a full month for a property). Real-time Statistics is a very useful feature for accounting. The team seems to update frequently!

Great software, very easy use case and affordable. Still building and developing so keen to see them in a few years time
