Communication was good
Communication was good, the product was as it should be. Price was average for a special offer for the item I got, Honestly it was not something that fit in with what I needed however there is nothing bad I can say for it.
Id, like to add that there support, was always there for me and although I may have been a bit picky they still remained professional, I can't fault the service or the VPS (which was as fast as advertised) id still recommend them to people looking for there locations.

Can use the service here for only 4 days, being banned because io is too high, losing money for free, so have to move back to use the same service provider At less specification But can support io and cheaper than here.
We did not request a refund because we followed the vps agreement. At bandwidth, over 20gb will not be able to request a refund.
We don't know any working principles on that vps.
-2 stars, wasted time and free money.
I give just 2 stars from the +1 star service for fast support.

Hostdoc offers the best hosting :) The best customer support ever.
Hostdoc offers excellent hosting at a good price. The uptime is definitely very good so far, the server i got uses 10Gb/s network, so the speed is very high and loving it. The best part is the support, I must say, I'm super impressed with Hostdoc support, I've messaged them a few times, they are extremely quick and answer everything in detail, so yes a company with a good customer support means they really care about customers... So yes, this is my honest feedback, don't hesitate a lot, talk to Hostdoc, get your best servers.

So far so good. Got a KVM VPS from HostDoc a couple of weeks ago in Germany. Very performant and 0 issues so far.
Didn't have to use their support yet so no comment there.
Also, due to their Flash sales, got the VPS for a pretty good price.

You have previously had a SG promotional plan which you did not like and requested a refund for which we honoured despite the fact the plan was non refundable.
A few months later, you come back and purchase another extremely cheap SG plan?
If you were unhappy the first time, why did you return?
Whatever throttling you experienced caused by OVH cannot be blamed on us using OVH network.
Also, out of our few hundred APAC clients utilising any 1 of our 3 SG nodes, you are the only person with such issues.
We have a robust support system that you could have contacted but not once have you opened a ticket but instead choose to come directly here.
If you'd like to discuss this further, we are always available.
Other than that, I am saddened by your experience and wish you the best of luck moving forward.

I have sourced your account to try and find the reason behind your grievience and am not surprised to say the least.
Do we offer a bad service because we did not allow you to abuse resources and affect other clients?
Are we a bad host because you used 3TB of bandwidth in one day and decided you wanted a refund?
Long story short, you purchased a service in the hopes of abusing it and then charging back your fee via paypal. Unfortunately for you, we had all relevant proof to prove your abuse and attempted fraud and we won the dispute and closed your account.
If that makes us a bad host, I wonder what you regard as good.
In any case, thank you for your feedback.
