Up and running in minutes. First time I used it I captured 7 hrs of conversations over several meeting including a walk through moderately noisy manufacturing plant. Great first experience and huge value.

Great customer service! I was a little impatient and did not want to wait 20+ days for my Pocket to arrive. I reached out and was greeted by a professional team member whom actioned my concerns immediately. Based on the speedy recovery I purchased the device from another source that was able to deliver quicker and I’ve been using my device for my very hectic life schedule. Love the product and the customer service. Keep up the great work.

So far, each meeting has been outlined and properly documented very well. There sometimes some confusion in the interpretation as to individual speakers but overall, I’m very pleased with the outcomes.

This device has literally changed my life. I used to be half-present during meetings because I was so concerned about taking notes. Now, I am fully engaged during every interaction and the note taking and context retention is 1000x better than I could ever do. I also use an API call to pull transcripts into Claude and WOAH - like I said, life changing.

I love it. This thing has been a game changer for me, especially when I make multiple phone calls on a day-to-day basis.

So far it has been awesome to have pocket summarize all the notes. Data accuracy needs improvements and more testing and training with muffled/low volume voices will be super helpful. Overall very happy.

I was interested in buying this product and, when I visited the Pocket website, I was offered a 45% discount in exchange for entering my email address and phone number, which I did. The website stated that the discount would be applied at checkout.

Unfortunately, when I reached the checkout page, the price remained €109 with no discount applied. To double-check, I repeated the process using a different browser and a different email address, this time without accepting the discount offer. Again, the checkout price was exactly the same: €109.

This gives the impression of misleading advertising, which is both disappointing and dishonest for a company seeking customer trust and business. If I have misunderstood or completed the process incorrectly, please let me know and I will gladly update or amend this review.

This is a revolutionary device that has completely transformed my experience with phone calls, virtual meetings, and general life organisation in multiple ways! In my view it deserves an off scale ranking!!

So far, I am using Pocket to capture conversations (both live and on the phone) and take the notes I would otherwise have had to take. Being able to =focus entirely on the conversation knowing that the details will be captured for me is fantastic.

Pocket can do so much more, but I haven't had the time to explore its full capabilities. Yet.

Awesome little device that does exactly what I was looking for. Customer service is amazing. And they are literally pushing updates to the app, web app, and device almost daily based on feedback and feature requests. It’s a key part of my workflow now!

So far so good, this is working great. I am using for my summarizing my course, reading, audiobooks, and meetings

I needed help to set up and get going. I received friendly, professional assistance and was successful. My first use showed that this is a really great product that definitely does what it says in the tin. I can envisage finding many productive applications.

I am loving this device, it makes my life so much easier. As a policy analyst there are so many things that I have to remember in my day to day; but it's great to have a device that breaks everything down, and then provides a way forward to solving complex issues. I am happy I have this lifeline.

I did my research on note takers such as Plaud, Pocket and others and chose to move forward with Pocket. I placed order #77786 a week ago ... and then nothing.

When I inquired on order status, I received the reply below, which was hugely disappointing since I need the note taker for an upcoming trade show. They obviously didn't share this proactively at order time.

As much as I would have preferred trying Pocket, I will cancel my order and purchase Plaud instead as they appear to have available product.

I offered to take any model, any color, but have heard nothing back from their support at HeyPocket.

I just wanted to post this and encourage others to inquire about product availability before or when they order.

BTW - My order status is just stuck on "ordered".

This device makes me seem more intelligent than I really am. It does the heavy lifting of keeping all my meeting notes organized, and then gives me to do lists and tasks. I love this thing. I am not an organized person and Pocket has given me some tools to help.
