Echo the 1st review
As the other review, I have reason to believe this is a fraudulent website. Initially ordered a set for a holiday in August, the set arrived after I had returned from the holiday in September. I attempted to start the return process through their returns portal immediately after receiving the item. I was unable to do this. I emailed straightaway for help and was told I am unable to return the item. Please note the item was unworn/unopened and within the returns period. Loads of back and forth including an email of the timeline of ‘events’. Multiple emails have been sent and I am now being ignored. Completely unacceptable customer service.
