I bought this from Lakeland for anout £80 ,a lot . It was really effective cleaning and deodorisibg but then it stopped working . It was not used as lot. So was a waste of money . I see the same thing is £17 ,on Ebay. Probably coz it's a waste of money being badly made and poor after service

Brought this 7 weeks ago and after requesting missing parts witch were sent but didn’t fit mop water unit ges stuck in mop when had a fight to pull it out the water was leaking out all over my floor still trying to get the right parts to see if it does what it needs to do

Bought the FULL set from one of the TV shopping channels. Which included a second package of the unit without the mop. I was going to give that one to my daughter, but hung on. I'm glad I did as the main bottle started leaking after just a few uses. So I switched then to the second bottle unit, that one lasted a bit longer, but now I'm stuck with the mop with nothing to attach to it 😩 I have loved it when it's not leaking and the natural clean smell that it gives off, but I don't fancy buying another one at a price of about £50!! per bottle!!

Do not buy this product. I would have given no stars if possible. My H20e3 bottle leaks badly from the base. It’s the second one that I’ve had that leaks and they replaced the first one. I would say that it is an inherent fault. I have tried talking to Thane but because it is outside their warranty they are not interested. I had only used it about 3 times. It is a good idea that is badly executed. Poor build quality and I would say dangerous as it leaks where the electrical socket is. Save your money as each bottle of cleaner I made has cost me £40.

This product is really good when it works - which in my experience with two of them is not for long. This is a pity as i was very happy with the H2Oe3. It gave better results in my floor cleaner than most commercial products as it does not foam at all; it also leaves a pleasant smell.

I agree with the previous reviewers who criticised the build quality: it is very poor. One of my units leaked at the base and would not switch on. The second one just gave up the ghost and would not activate, even though the power light functioned as normal.
I like the principle of electrolysed water and intend to buy a a maker from a different manufacturer, in the hope that it will prove more durable.

Used successfully around 6 times now the green light stays on and the unit does nothing. This is the second on purchased with same fault. No response to my questions asking for help. Purchased from Ideal World they said go to manufacturer. Tried them no joy said go to who you have purchased from. That is a shame because the product works.

I’ve bought now 2 of these and the same thing happened - units go on ie light shows power but unit has stopped ‘activating’ after only a few uses. I have used vinegar as instructed to clean out any limescale and because of first fail, for second unit was careful to not leave the activated water in the unit but transfer to another spray bottle but no it happened again. I have noticed elsewhere that others had the same problem. This is an expensive item it should work longer than just a few goes surely ? Had same problem as others with where bought - not interested as bought beyond a month - and to try vinegar. Shame as when it works it is good - but just warning others about this fault that seems to occur … please if you buy one and that happens put it on here - this needs to be addressed with this unit. I’ve bought a 3rd one now from Ideal World and if same happens again I will give up and boy will I let the Net know of this constant unit failure.

ok, first thing , the science of electrolyzed salt water is proven. it works. the build quality on this item which is quite expensive should be much better. mine hasnt broken , but i can see care must be taken. im still trying it out , but at the moment it seems to leave smears that need buffing away. but it does clean well. i put cooked chicken fat all over my counter and hands washed both with this and grease was totally gone. cleans floors and glass very well. if i can sort smears out im laughing. been a few weeks now , and smears on floors no more , i think cloths when new are too dry after a few days smears went. on leakage be careful not to cross thread tops . i realised that would be easy to do first time i went to put top on. this could cause it to leak.

I bought this product and had it for about two years, I actually really like it, I used it regularly, it’s safe on floors, my stone natural marble tops and basically everywhere.. i believe it kills germs, it works.. i had to chuck it out recently because the product itself is made poorly, the bottle started leaking, I had two and both went bad at about the same time.. is this on purpose? So we continue to buy the product from them? If it was made properly, it could last for years and be a good investment. I’m hesitant to buy it again for this reason. Wish the company would make a better product.

Arrived broken handle on mop looked like it was one that had already been sent back no invoice with it so got nowhere when I phoned up. Not impressed as can't use it waste of money. Customer service not any help. Would not bye of them again

Followed instructions and also added the white vinegar found the resulting product to be very effective as a cleaner .Obviously cannot comment on effectiveness as bacterial spray. Does have slight chlorine smell.used on emulsion and it didn't rub paint off and didn't smear .have tried on few different surfaces wood,paint white goods and light switches (which can be greasy) worked very well.all in all very pleased and would recommend.

Tried to go directly from supplier and not Amazon, and got stuck with a return shipping payment because they don't issue returns , the product is bad leaves streaks on surface, not stable kind cheap feel and look
I wouldn't waste my money on this or if you have to, do it through a protected platform

Complete foolish con. Scientific research and analysis on the content show no where near the bacteria 'kill' results as promised. Basically it is directed at dumb Americans. Not for England. We read stuff.., we don't just listen! Avoid if you have sense..!

Disappointed as I'm all for eco friendly alternative to chemical cleaning products but the h20e3 activated water doesn't clean well and you end up having to use your normal cleaning products to remove dirt and grease. Also it has taken the shine off my linoleum flooring and leaves a gritty film behind that I can feel sticking underfoot. It doesn't clean bathroom sink properly and you can't use it on taps as it damages metal, my soap dispenser metal nozzle turned green and broke right off when I used it to 'sanitize' it as Thane claims this system is able to kill bacteria. It is very expensive also and frankly while Thane claim it will save you money on cleaning products, you would have to use the h20e3 for everything for at least a year to benefit from any savings on regular cleaning products and its just not up to the job and you still need to use your regular products if you want to get surfaces really clean. It will sanitize but sadly you'll need a lot of elbow grease to get everything as clean as other chemical products.

The h20 e3 activator is not as brilliant as they make out.do not clean dirty surfaces only clean.you need to use other cleaners with it which defeats the object.very expensive for what it is

am now on my third mop in just a matter of a few weeks .mechanism for sprayer on handle broke on first one. second one the mop head kept falling off as there was no clip for holding it on very poor quality would not recommend have told them if third one breaks will be wanting my money back

I have the mop and two handheld sprayers. All failed within a month. They sent me out a new handheld the first week, didn't believe me about the mop, asking me to send a video that was too big to send, and I didn't bother with the other handheld. Materials have a really poor quality feel, for such expensive items. I'm back using the trusted cheap normal mop. Would highly not recommend these products.

I would buy this product if it was priced alot lower
