Awful customer service and poor quality clothing.
Clothes I ordered are very poor quality and we’re misrepresented in their website.
I have contacted customer service about a refund and they have been terrible. They offered a portion of what I paid and are extremely slow to respond.
I recommend not patronizing this business.
I placed my order for two sweaters on January 20th and finally received my sweaters on February 23rd! After waiting for a month, I immediately realized that one of my sweaters arrived damaged with a cut in the front that made it unwearable. I took a picture and sent it to their customer service email. I paid $36 for the sweater and they offered me $15 as compensation. After going back and forth, they are still only offering me $25 for the damaged sweater. They said if I wanted to send it back, I would have to pay freight due to costs. All I want is my full refund of $36 for a damaged sweater that I can’t fix or wear. I am extremely unhappy. Buyer beware with this company.
I love the sweaters as they are beautifully made and fit perfectly. I do have to say the lack of shipping tracking was very frustrating, and it took over a month to receive. BUT, it was well worth the wait!
All of my sweaters arrived and they are just as described on the website. They are unique and darling and I will be going back for more!
