Tricky to contact
I placed an order at greenist.ch on 10th Jan but haven't received anything. I've phoned and emailed twice but no reply. Now discovered the company is in Germany and contacted through that email instead. Finally got a reply… Hope my order arrives eventually.

This website is as good as a SCAM
This website is almost as good as a scam! Ordering within Switzerland but you still have to pay for border taxes to be shipped within switzerland! What a joke! On top of that, you have to pay for shipping as well. Never again!

The worst service ever, never buy from them
Every email that has been sent to me is in danish. There is absolutely no response from their client service. I need to pick up a package from a postal office, but the thing is noone has told me where that is.
If you are not danish, just do that to yourselves.

If you have a delivery address in Denmark, the automatic correspondence will be in Danish. If you write to us via customer service, we will reply in the same language as you wrote to us.
parcel damaged , not delivered, money taken
order made on 27.06, money withdrawn immediately and the parcel send 22.07 only. As GLS on 03.08 informed the parcel is damaged, so not delivered. contacted Greenist-on 03.08, no reply, no refund.And no I have not receive any refund from you on 22.07 or any message/reply, only until i reached out to my bank and explain them the situation- my bank refunded me in august.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I received a damaged delivery and contacted them several times to check how I can return it. Their Customer care speak only German and understand neither English or Danish even though they operate in Denmark. I tried the same via email and got no reply whatsoever despite multiple attempts. Never buying from them again
