Wonderful day foraging and making gin
Our day started with Adrian foraging for botanicals, who had a wicked sense of humour but very knowledgable and very aware of the environment. Then it was back to the distillery for a light lunch of local produce. Then we learnt the history of Goosnargh gin and then with help selected dried botanicals from a vast range as well as some of the things we had foraged and made our own bottle of gin. Then we sampled our gin with a variety of mixers to find the perfect match for the unique gin that each 1 of us had produced.
