Excellent, quick, friendly service at a very fair price

I called Roger (Williams) regarding my faulty Motocaddy Cube push trolley. Although he couldn’t offer his services directly, he gave me some expert advice which has resulted in me receiving a free replacement trolley from the manufacturer. Many thanks.

Contacted Roger as I believed my trolley had a faulty battery. Roger tested over night but he advised fault was with trolley. Gave trolley to Roger following evening and he immediately found fault as well as several others including damaged front wheel and alignment, damaged rubber bag strap, missing securing screw etc. all of which he replaced.
He called me following morning to tell me it was "all done" at a very reasonable price.
Roger is not only a very nice guy, well respected in the industry but a very knowledgeable person who I would strongly recommend if you need help.

My Powakaddy broke down on Thursday, a broken gearbox, it was taken to Roger who fixed it and had it back to me by Saturday, what a service. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Purchased a new trolley from Roger. It was all put together and ready to collect in just a few days. Roger explained the operation and maintenance of the product and even talked me through registering the warranty. Excellent friendly service.

My Powkaddy trolley was in bad state, noisy gear box, the speed switch not working properly, pulling to the right. Took it to Roger on Tuesday and he fixed it for me to collect on Thursday, quick turn around ready for the round on Friday, it is now goes as if it were new. Really recommended him

Fantastic service, quick and very reasonably priced. I had a broken button on my electric trolly which was fixed perfectly. Roger also provided some guidance on other trolly points and advice on how to avoid future issues. Highly recommend

Excellent service, dropped my Powakaddy trolley off for a squeaky wheel and a service and within 2 days its was ready to pick up. Looked and performed liked a brand new trolley straight out of the box.

Roger even replaced the damaged screen and all for a very reasonable price.

Due to his vast experience mending electric trolley’s Roger immediately pinpointed what was probably causing the annoying intermittent breakdowns I was experiencing with my trolley.
It was mended in days at an unbelievable low rice of £45 . Happy Days !!

A clutch and bearings needed replacement. Roger fixed them as I waited.
Roger also gives good advise on how to maintain trollies to get the best return and maximum life.
