I won $3000 and refused to pay

I won $3000. They said that I met all the requirements and then all of a sudden like two days later they shut my account down said I don’t get any of my money. They then said they would send me some money of some of my winnings and asked me for my account information so they can wire the money and they won’t now returned any of my emails. They haven’t sent any money to me.

Update : I finally heard back from them and they asked for routing number and swift number followed by new pic of ID as well as selfie. So I did that … I then asked them when they thought my 3000 in winnings was being transferred and would it take long . I sent two emails once again and they have not replied to any of them in regards to the amounts they are sending

Update : march 22 2025

I emailed golden panda casino asking them why they haven’t replied back to me as well as send the money . I gave them the Transit number they were looking for as well as the swift number. I even uploaded a void check just in case I also sent screenshots of my ID as well as a selfie with my ID. I have sent these twice so far they have yet to do anything I am really frustrated. The last message I got was on the 12th and that was from a woman named Destiny and she said she would look into this matter.

Just reading the reply from golden panda… I will email again to the complaints, hoping they will reply and actually do the right thing. I will keep you updated.

Finally got my money

At first I thought I wasn't going to receive my withdrawal because of the reviews here, but after 4 days they processed the withdrawal in Bitcoin and it was credited correctly to my bank account. But I had to talk in the chat 2 times and sent some emails asking about it

I have raised a dispute through my bank…

I have raised a dispute through my bank and won against these scammers and got all my deposits back from them. I advise you all to do the same. Provide all the evidences you can Emails, screenshots of chats and transactions history. These are scammers and shouldn’t be allowed to operate and Trustpilot should do more to block these fake Ai reviews.

Turns out the review are right now withdrawal yet been 24 hours and it doesn't take that long for crypto withdrawals a shame really was actually enjoying the site great selection of games etc and seemed fair until it comes to withdrawal... All of a sudden my money's disappeared and thee is no contact for support

Withdrawel is very strange way and take long. So I mail them friendly. Eventually they did payout my withdrawel.

Bit the last time I did not receive my withdrawal. I send my bank statement. They mailed me back that the payout was there. But it was an other company.

So I have to look it up. A lot of work. Did not pay. Very very bad. It looks like stealing to me. Only thing I can do is never playing there again.

This is the worst website ever!!
