Terrible Company – Avoid at All Costs

I am still being harassed online by the HR representative of this company, years after leaving—just as I was harassed while working there. Their reckless disregard for security was evident when they gave out a password used on thousands of machines to a random person on eBay. After firing me, they falsely accused me of a data and security breach, only to backtrack when their claims fell apart, twisting their words to avoid accountability.

I just want to be left alone so I can move on with my life in peace.

This company’s mistreatment of employees is staggering. They forced me to use vacation time for a Friday morning doctor’s appointment. They provided only one week of training, then forbade me from speaking to coworkers, expecting me to figure everything out alone. That lack of support led to a customer’s computer crashing—yet they took no responsibility. Of course, narcissists and sociopaths never do.

They have tried to silence me, but I refuse to stop speaking out. Employees here are treated as disposable, with no empathy or regard for their well-being. To management, people are nothing more than faceless, mindless gears in a machine. Their behavior is reckless, unethical, and deeply concerning.

From top to bottom, this company is run by sociopaths. **Stay away.** They will ruin your life, your reputation, and even your company if given the chance.

These people are scary and I fear for my safety! I am leaving the country as soon as I can so that I will be safe once again.

Just had repair completed by Giotec and am delighted to rate them 11/10 fantastic service from start to finish great communication

We used to work with Giotech. Overall, they provide a good service and I would recommend them. We changed to another service provider that we thought was better (because more expensive) but it was not. Giotech provides good value for small and mid-sized companies with a budget.

Used Giotech services a few years ago before going to a company that insisted on using another provider. They were absolutely rubbish and on two occasions, I had to contact Giotech to assist me! I am now using Giotech services fully thank goodness and can highly recommend them.

Email platform and data centralisation solution was fine tuned to the specifics of our company and the way we work. Implementation was fluent with seamless switchovers. The guys who worked onsite were efficient, and helpful in explaining the way systems work in the plainest of terms.

Trustworthy and bringing overall peace of mind. That’s what you want from your IT department, right?

Helpdesk at Giotech is always there for you and it keeps on top of any issues you have resolving them quickly and efficiently. John, Reece, Mark, Sufyaan and Pete sorted out all problems regarding servers and PCs in our company - thank you and keep up a good work!
