Run from they!!! Getrentacar Money thieves! They can't offer the services they promise, but they take the money from the account. He offers you countless cars to choose from and after you pay he announces you that no longer have that car, he offers you another one at a higher price and they ask you for exaggerated money deposits even if you payed for full coverage. If you refuse, they promise they will refund your money after a week if you are lucky

We booked a car and paid the advance. We counted on getrentacar to have it delivered as per their promise. However nobody showed up to deliver the car to us. Customer service is terrible (very prompt, but not helpful at all). They reimbursed the advance payment and apologized, leaving all of us in the middle of a new city without the car that we naively counted on. They denied any responsibility for the situation, claiming that they are only a "marketplace". Amazon or Airbnb are also marketplaces, but they are more than just an irresponsible middle man, as they know that a responsible marketplace is responsible for the overall customer experience. Furthermore, they told us that we cannot take any legal action against them for the damage they have caused to us "because we are registered in Delaware, so you will have to sue us there" (the car was supposed to be delivered in an EU location). When I checked a little more, I found that it is a startup. The founder is a "transportation visionary". Amazing vision.. Such a waste of investor money...

The car is really smooth and would drive easily on all terrains. Specially we were driving on mountains and rough roads, this SUV just didn't cause any trouble to us.
The car owner is very friendly and provided us with all the necessary information. Overall, we are very happy and would certainly choose this car again!

We have booked cars through this company at least 4 times. Countries: Poland 2 times Israel, Holland. It is as an intermediary that GetRentacar.com has established itself well. There have never been problems with booking and rebooking (changing brands) cars, receiving, paying. The support team works great - polite staff, quick response, in general, a solid five stars. If you book early, you can do it at a very affordable price. And if the price has become even more affordable, then there are no problems with canceling the reservation and refunding the money. And in the future we plan to use their services.

I got a Harley in Sochi and it was a pretty awesome experience no to mention that it was super cheap. Would recommend.
