These guys are scammers. I ordered a set of resistance bands from them on August 7th. By their ad it showed they ship within 3 days. By the 7th day I started emailing that I hadn't received their product, multiple emails went ignored. Finally after threatening to cancel someone replied and said they would get my order processed. Another 3 days went by and I reached out again, same thing my emails were ignored. Finally I has to contact my credit card to get credit, I emailed regfit informing them, I was basically given an answer they don't know what's going on with shipping and my product would be processed. It's now been 3 weeks and nothing, I'm waiting for my credit refund from my card. Don't waste your time or money with these people they are horrible SCAMMERS!

I ordered my equipment on the second of August. Got a email saying it was being tested and I should get it soon. Then come to find out through customer service email that they had an issue with my address. Verified my address that it was a hotel, resent the address and no further reply. Been calling the phone number they provided on the website and that number doesn’t work. Stays getting one ring tone and then the busy. I can’t get a hold of anyone. At this point I just want my money back.

I finally got my Redgefit 2 months after order and after numerous requests, complaints and reviews. Once I recieved it I sent a confirmation of reciept to the company and then they responded to my trust pilot review with a page long reply explaining their problems away by saying everything you want to hear. Words are great but you have to practice what you preach. We have had to settle for less from compa it's since Covid. Like terrible customer service, cs support, products quality and pricing etc. When we allow Companies to continue to follow these bad practices we allow society to slip into a less than acceptable position. We should never settle for less when we are working hard to earn what we have and to use those hard earned dollars to buy products. So there should always be a personal demand to require quality service and products.
Good luck to Redgefit and I hope they get their crap together and I would be more than happy to assist you or any company in learning proper customer service and support as I have more than 40 years of successful experience worldwide. Thanks for reading and hold companies accountable.

Product is a great tool for very good workouts. I bought the 6 band Redge for maximum resistance. After 2 weeks one band snapped. No problem I have 5 left, figured hey it was a fluke. So I exchange it with one of the 5 left. Im into my third set and snap that one pops. I tried reaching out to Redge Fit with no luck. Just want to know if this is going to happen to all of them in a short period of time. Do these have at least a few months warranty against them snapping? What do I do. I do like the product but my trust in it snapping and possibly hurting me is becoming an issue. Any advice would be appreciated.

I’m always hesitant ordering off ads on social media. This was no scam the real deal and when I did question my order I had a response from what sure seams like a human in just a few hours. The equipment is exactly as advertised and will do exactly what I needed it to.

When we initially placed our order for the Redge, it was running a bit behind schedule. Upon contacting Redge, we learned that the specific model we ordered was no longer available due to an "upgrade." They apologized for the inconvenience and promptly sent us the upgraded version along with six bands, which were not included in our original order. Their customer service was excellent!
Once we clarified this, I agreed to the change, and it was shipped within two days.
As for the product itself, I would rate it a Class A+++. I haven't felt this sore in a long time, and that was only after using one band!
Love the app too!
For those who want to purchase a home gym! I highly recommend this one. Make sure to get the one that includes the app. You WILL not regret.

I ordered my gym equipment a week ago. All I have received was an email saying my order was placed and it would take 3 days, no tracking number or something saying it was shipped. I still have not received my order after 7 days. Also support in non-existent. I've called and it rings once then says its busy. I've emailed support twice last week and still no answer. I understand they could be busy or whatever but the communication is key and if that is the case just say it. I'll give it one more day and I'll be getting my money back. My order number is 207507.
