Horrendous company. Ordered wooden doors, said wooden on invoice, received metal doors. They refused to take them back, ignored emails, the few phone calls that were answered we were told someone would call us back.
Took a year and a court claim to get them to pick up the incorrect door and refund us, but still claiming we would only get a refund depending on the state of the doors.
Crooks!
I am very pleased with Shaun and Reese who fitted the garage door. These guys are without doubt the best of the best and good ambasadors for the company. Thankyou for a very smooth and trouble free instalation.
