Huge spread of +190 points on GBPUSD

The huge spread that other users complain about is true! And it forces your account to a margin close out!

Stay away from this broker!

Today, July 25, 2024, FxTrading.com had a Spread of +190 points on the GBPUSD Pair, which is one of the main ones in Forex, and therefore the Spread is usually low, but on top of that it was a PRO account, which It is the account they offer with 0 Spread.
And now all my positive income has turned into dust, loosing everything in just a few minutes.
They have totally failed to fulfill their commitment to offering quality service.

Edit to answer: beyond the availability of offer and demand, there should be no other spread movement. Just because 99% of the brokers cheat and manipulate the real offer and demand it doesn't mean it is the correct thing! And I was watching the hole thing when it happened, it was indeed a minute like you say, by the time my eyes procesed the information and I went to grab the mouse the account was liquidated! There are hundreds of complains just like mine all aver the internet against you and I am taking them to every regulator, and police station from here to Vanuatu! Give me my deposit back!

Edit to answer 2: so you change your answer as it suits you!! It says a lot, shame on you!! You share generic information that is available everywhere, no real solution. We are not discusing Forex basics here, you are suposed to proove that your liquidity provider was connected and functioning as it should! Show real documents, stop the small talk.

If this allowed me to put 10 starts it wouldn’t be enough.
EFX, Danny, Josh the EFX support the social media following, the New York weekly article the Grit daily news article and the reviews below this with many more to come above it and much much more has to stand strong above anything else that couldn’t even attempt to match the returns these guys can with EFX algo.
The process was easy, the set up guidance and support was easy.
My journey from start to present has been nothing but a breeze with the support and guidance from Josh Large always at the end of the phone to answer any questions or advice I couldn’t ask for anything else.
I’m already up 14% in 10 weeks, smashing any other form of investment out there today.
The EFX team and the software has been faultless for me.
I’m so excited to continue my journey and will continue to add to my account on a regular basis.
14% in 10 weeks, I’ll let you do the maths over a year or two.
I’ll just sit back and watch it grow.

Great customer service

The customer service from this company is very good and responsive. I have got great help from Nelson. There is some issues on deposit and withdrawal with the company backend making mistakes but Nelson have help me rectify those issues. I love the VPS provided by the company. Overall great experience with the company during the first half of 2024. Will definitely introduce friends to trade FX with FX trading.com.

Tried to transfer between accounts

It turns out this company cannot transfer funds between different currency accounts, but I didn't know that and I really needed to do this. So I contacted their online customer service, and they seemed to take my case very seriously. Within hours, a senior customer service representative called me and guides me on how to do this transfer. I converted US dollars to Euro the next day, as I really needed to make this transaction, and I did it with them. Their service was excellent, I give them a thumbs up.
