Easy to find F1 merchandise and not…
Easy to find F1 merchandise and not only. More than 1 delivery options, which is offering a normal and a faster delivery option. The quality of the products are subject to every F1 team but when it comes to orders, FFF.com tries its best even in race weeks. Prices and discount campaigns are ok, based also on the collection season and stocks.

$100 fee for $200 worth of items..
A $200CAD order incurred about $100 CAD in import fees (ships from Netherland, Netherland govt charged a $30 fee, UPS has a mandatory international shipment clearance brokerage fee of $30, tax/duty was actually just the expected $30). Would not purchase again. Also the UPS box arrived ripped up because shipper put four items in a huge box without any bubble wrap to keep the box shape. Not UPS's fault.. thankfully items were not damaged .

Import taxes are always the responsibility of the importer (unless clearly stated otherwise). We appreciate the feedback regarding packaging and will escalate the matter.

I am writing this to express my deep frustration with the cancellation process.
I realized I had ordered the wrong size and tried to cancel it immediately. However, since it was a public holiday, I couldn't reach customer service. I contacted them via live chat first thing the next morning, but I was told that cancellation was impossible—even though the order had not even been shipped yet.
It is absolutely ridiculous that a customer cannot cancel an unshipped order simply because of a holiday delay. I am very disappointed with this rigid and unhelpful service.

The colour of the item I purchased was not accurately reflected on line vs what showed up. There was an extra shipping charge upon delivery that was not mentioned during time of purchase.
