Fodzyme completely changed the way I am able to live my life! IBS had been wreaking havoc on my life; I was unable to eat at restaurants and was missing out socially, had an extremely limited diet, and still was in pain after meals constantly regardless. Fodzyme has taken away the constant anxiety around food and meals. I am so grateful my nutritionist directed me this way. Fodzyme is worth the price 10 times over!! I can't imagine life without it now. Highly recommend to anyone struggling with GI issues.

I don't know yet if FODZYME will make symptoms and discomfort go.
It gives me some relief but I still have symptoms and discomfort. I will keep taking FODZYME for a little longer to give some time to my digestive system to improve.

I have lactose intolerance (life long)
I have lactose intolerance (life long). I'm finding that two packets of Fodzyme work better than equivalent Lactaid tablets. Makes me think I may also have a milk allergy along with other food allergies. I have struggled with bloating for 40 years and Fodzyme consistently eliminates my bloating. I wish it wasn't quite as pricey, mainly because I usually need 2 or 3 packets to neutralize a meal... but these packets truly work! My physique looks so much better and I also fit my clothes better.

I found the notification alert for the auto ship very useful and easy to use. There was plenty of time and support to make changes for the product, delivery date, etc.

Saving Grace
I've been using Fodzyme for about a year and it is the first thing that has helped my IBS symptoms since I haven't been able to identify all of my trigger foods. I use this with the help of the Monash University FODMAP Diet App for foods that are covered by Fodzyme. I truly wish you could come up with a product that covers the other categories (Fructose, Mannitol and Sorbitol)

FODZYME has changed my life!
I am able to eat balanced meals now without stomach upset. Before FODZYME it was nearly impossible to eat out because it is hard to find foods that haven’t been seasoned with either garlic or onion. Both of these being triggers for me. So nice to now be able to eat a meal with flavor!

Fodzyme has allowed me to eat foods I was previously avoiding due to stomach pain
Fodzyme has allowed me to eat foods that contain onions, garlic, broccoli and asparagus. Prior to using Fodzyme I was experiencing pains within 2 hours of eating those foods. I have noticed that I need to use 1 1/2 to 2 scoops of Fodzyme for maximum benefit. Their customer service is exceptional!

Absolutely life-changing
Absolutely life-changing! I have not had dairy or gluten for over 10 years in an effort to handle my ulcerative colitis triggers. I was skeptical about FODZYME but I'm a true believer now. I can eat pizza, cheeseburgers, and donuts again!
