Can anyone who has taken up training with Fielding financial clarify if they have been reimbursed for the closure of the company?
My father spent 30,000 on the course for me, the company has now been sold on.
We were told the students would lose their training but what about all the money? We have had literally no information about any of this! Really disappointing as I attended their open day in November as I was joining this year.
Has anyone else had this issue?

Be careful of investing your money in this company. I have invested £15k for my education but my coach was pregnant and very busy for coming two years. It’s 6 years now and I still haven’t achieved nothing apart from promises of buying something….

The most professional property investment company I've seen. They're really serious about their student and the support you're getting will drive you to your goal.

Fielding Financial is exactly what it advertises; a network to learn how to invest in UK property.

However, you must put in the work. They will teach, help and advise, but you must do the work. How quickly you go is entirely up to you.

I attended the Fielding Financial 3-day course in February 2019, and it's been an incredible journey since that decision. Initially, I was curious and wanted to explore property investing. However, it didn't take long for me to realise that my knowledge in this area was severely lacking.

The 3-day course was a game-changer. It made me believe in my ability to succeed in property investing. I then progressed onto the advance training and the diploma in professional property investing took my journey to a new level, reshaping my mindset and approach positively. I particularly appreciated that the advanced program was designed to fit around my working life.

Throughout the 2-year diploma, I received excellent support from Fielding Financial through various channels. Having a mentor was invaluable, as they helped me refine my investing strategy and even led to the successful purchase of a property that's now a thriving HMO with professional tenants.

Thanks to Fielding Financial, I now possess the knowledge and skills to confidently pursue property investment through a wide range of strategies. It's been a transformative journey, and I can confidently say that I am a professional property investor today.

After my 2 year diploma ended I stayed on as a post-graduate which has been exceptionally beneficial, especially in the current market with high interest rates and stringent regulations. The constant support and resources provided are invaluable as I continue to navigate the world of property investment.

Great insight

My wife and I attended the 3 day course in Birmingham and it was fantastic. The information that was delivered over the 3 days was in depth and informative in a complex industry where mistakes can be costly. I have followed on to do the advance training starting in October. I look forward to developing my knowledge and skills with FF and becoming a full time investor.

I will also say that if people think that they can gain a real understanding of the complexity of running a full time property investing business in 3-days then they clearly have not considered the reality of their situation or the complexity of running a business.

sent on wild goose chase looking for the 2hr free seminar advertised and booked with ff.
received a text from fielding financial on the 23 of August reminding me of the seminar the next day. arrived at the hotel in Kensington, manager was bemused. hadn't heard of it. checked my email and saw the advertised venue on their web site was in Waterloo. the manager there said it wasnt the first time this hád happened with this company. on the good side enjoyed my train hopping around london. ff disappointing, why text me to remind me of a non event.
oh yes..i called all the numbers advertised and that contacted me. my advise, call for confirmation before you leave your house. better yet avoid ff altogether.

To be totally honest the automated reply telephone system is set to say all lines are busy when there is nobody actually working. I am not doubting the credibility of the company, but I purchased an online course to be able to get access, and even though I had left messages and sent email requests, I still was unable to received a date when I shall be receiving my paid for product. It was very frustrating. To have a change of response other than all lines are busy, during holiday periods or for any other reason when not available, would be a better customer experience in my opinion. Now on the positive I finally got a response and was able to access the course and would like to say it is well worth the money. Some really good tips and by following the recommends, will help to save you a lot of time and money. I hope this helps.

Amazing company to begin with. Loved everything apart from how they were pushing a bit trying to sell the course. Other than that 5/5! Loved it start to finish

I must say I attended the 3 days course lots of information and presented well by Joe a lot to get my teeth into and learn a little bit turn of by one of the staff a young dude call Joe was very annoying & rude he thought he new it all apart from that the rest of the staff was welcoming & helpful. I would say FF company does have a well professional structured ethos

I really found the three-day course useful and good value for money. It was packed with property investor insider information, well-taught and professionally run. It was really obvious how much thought and preparation had gone into everything and how the company understands the needs of their customers. Breakfast, lunch and tea were provided and of a high standard. I also understand that the course is accredited by AQA to A-Level standard which means it has to meet their academic standards and can also be used to form CPD accreditation at work. After the three days ended, other property courses were on offer. For my part, I signed up. I want to learn how to do things professionally and be a good landlord and from everything so far witnessed, I feel this is a company I can work with.

I was recommended the three day property investing course by a friend and didn’t really know what to expect as I hadn’t done my own research. The three days were an absolute eye opener for me and I learnt so much. The speaker and team were amazing, they had so much information to share I came away with a plan in place to start my property investing journey. I now have two investment properties as a result of the training so thank you Fielding!

I went on this the 3 day course (cost around £500 per person) a while back and I found the content really helpful actually.

However i felt like it was taking advantage of alot of people and setting you up to just shell out more money. On Day 2 they do this fun "extend your credit card limit" activity where they force everyone in the room to call thier credit card company and ask for a large limit extension, some people asking up to £10k. Most people actually got this granted. Then on day 3 they give you this long speal about "good luck if you try and do this by yourself" and how you need "the family" if you want to suceed. Then proceed to try and get everyone on the course to sign up to the main course which costs something like £25k!

What was worrying is that most people on the course were signing up there and then, giving bank details away and the course moderators weren't even checking if the property development was suitable for the people signing up. There were a few people on the course with genuinely no idea what was going on (one woman thought they were going to help her buy a house for her and her kids to live in, and she was one of the ones who handed her bank details over).

I found it super manipulative and they seemed to target the more vulnerable people who asked fewer questions. I would steer clear all together.

My son and I went on a 3-day course in November and from the beginning, the professionalism was clear. The course was well structured and run by people who knew exactly what they were talking about, having followed the program themselves with the result that they are now reaping the benefits. We liked the way personal stories were included, demonstrating clearly why investing in property is such a reliable way to create financial independence. Having now been through all the courses and extra training(of which there is an ongoing supply) and listened to many webinars on a range of topics, we are now in a confident position to start with our first investment. The reason for undergoing the training, could never be stronger, with what is happening currently. It is easy to see why Fielding Financial has earned accreditation.

From the outset, my experience with Fielding Financial has been highly professional and extremely rewarding for myself. The office team are great and the mentors/speakers have a wealth of knowledge that is unparalleled anywhere else.

With the education I’ve been provided with, I know I’m in the best position possible to act on any given circumstance or situation, be it a global pandemic or a recession etc.

Before, I was always talking about property in the future tense; next year I’ll do it!
Following on from my 3 day training with them, within a week I was able to secure a deal that has also benefited from signing up to their mentorship programme. This deal has evolved from a simple 2 bed BTL into an additional 4 dwelling development plot. The numbers are staggering and without FF I wouldn’t have secured this deal or been fully on the path that I am now. Thank you FF!

Fielding Financial summed up in two words?
LIFE CHANGING.

My partner and I went on this course as someone we know recommended it. They even said if you don't like the course there some really good food you get. (Should have known then what to expect)

The sales tactics deployed were text book (was carbon copy pressure sales to their next course like they were trying to sell a 90's time share scam).

One exercise they ask everyone to do is call your credit card company to increase your limit... Guess why? So when they sell the next course to you they know you can put it on a credit card.

I wish I took down the full names of all the people running the course on the day to apply my checks on them that I do today, i would be surprised if they even had properties let alone any profits!

Avoid at all costs don't be scammed. You can learn for free how to invest in properties etc.

They may reply to this review with weak flimsy reasoning but just see through the lies people!
