Josh was really helpful in walking through the policy and wellness plans for my dog. He was really polite, humble and welcoming on call. Very good communication and answered all my questions with Patience.

Have to call to cancel and they make it very difficult. They did not refund me on day of policy renewal even though I couldn’t reach them by phone day before since they didn’t answer. Pricing is very high, can get better coverage a lot of other places.

Hi, I am new to the Fetch Pet Insurance family. As I only signed up today, I can only comment on my agent Megan Hampton. Megan has excellent communication skills and was very knowledgeable about the coverage for my pet. As I am not happy with my current insurance provider, it was a joy to speak with her. I believe I am getting the coverage that my pet needs and feel confident moving ahead.
