Very easy to book, everything worked fine, online tickets as well. Two bookings, followed by the third soon!

Very informative and easy to use website (I like that you can put in multiple destinations to work out the best ferry times and routes) and we received an email letting us know when we could check in. Would definitely use again - excellent all round! (please ignore my earlier review - I hadn't realised that Ferries in Greece had nothing to do with the ferry schedule/delay that we encountered so I am very happy to revise my review - fair's fair!)

Really satisfied
We took 3 ferries in May 22 and everything was fine. It was easy to check-in, we were notified of any changes in advance, boats were clean and comfortables.
It was not full season : we guess it's probably a bit more complicated in July or August.

Ferry travel in the Greek Cyclades was a wonderful experience. The only thing that detracted from my experience is the amount of garbage that everyone left. All the plastic drink cups and take out packaging from snacks. Then when the wind came up and the sea got rough a lot of this refuge was getting blown into the water. It was very distressing. The carelessness of travellers isn’t the fault of the ferry company but signage could be better to encourage travellers to remove their garbage and I found many garbage cans were already overflowing. Ferry companies could do better to reduce the amount of take out and plastics on the ferry.

Depature and arrival was punctual, a lot of seats. Just maybe more Information about the directly place of depature. PIREUS is a huge haven. We almost missed the boarding

The ferry is very clean and organized!

Everything was almost perfect.. The ferry was always on time. The loading and unloading very efficient. Only suggestion ,as a virgin to ferries, would be to identify the areas for seating better. We purchased premium tickets but had no idea if we were in the right area. Perhaps staff could be more helpful with that.

I booked a Sea Jet for my trip from Mykonos to Santorini. Others in our group booked a smaller slower ferry. The wind was up that day and many on the slower ferry suffered seasickness. The Sea Jet provided a smooth ride and was spacious and to my knowledge no one became ill. We arrived at our destination on time.

Great service. No complaints at all. Timely and efficent.

We were able to book in advance with Ferry Company of our choice at our convenience. The seat class selection, Date and time selection was a breeze. The boarding instructions were clear and helped us prepare ahead of time.

NO HASSLES..EASY BOOKING PLATFORM FOR FERRIES

Honored my credit from a previous booking I had to cancel because of covid. Proactively told me about the credit even though I didn't bring it up.

I had paid for getting SMS updates and never received any information.

What a great way to visit Santorini from Paros. Great service. Friendly people. We loved our ride!
