They sent me a letter clearly implying that I’m supposed to call them about buying their warranty and would be in legal trouble if I don’t. Obviously nothing ver explicitly stated but also they obviously know what they’re doing is intentionally deceptive
Communication very well!! Understandable and very excepting of our family situation and found us something we could afford and not have to feel rushed of worried
This company operates in a sneaky manner. They send threatening letters and phone calls about your warranty expiring. The letters don't indicate who they are from. Then when you call to confirm it's the warranty from the dealership they lie and say it is. They did send me my refund but hassled me during the process & a few days afterward about keeping the policy. When I do buy an extended warranty, it won't be with a company that operates in such an underhanded manner.

I just bought a new car with the best warranty I don't need this Fenix Protect! They sent me a car recall letter to trick me into calling. I never even knew the name of the company until I got the email. This is false advertising and I want to cancel and get my money back!

I told him I wanted to cancel the whole thing and also said it was going to only be 150 to do it and he charged me 350 after I told him I wanted the whole thing canceled

Very good explain everything well great price and great coverage
nothing more than a scam. they will refuse to refund your money. safe yourself.
Agent was very nice I understand the coverage but still unsure about it. My husband took care of all this stuff, but he passed away this January.
I was told this down payment was 25$ and confirmed with the gentleman over the phone 3 times before making a purchase and I was charged $225. I then called customer service the gentleman I spoke with was very rude and made it very difficult to cancel and give me a refund on my down payment!!! I do not recommend this company! If I don’t see a refund in a couple days we will be back in touch!!
