Incredibly easy to pick seats for football and add them to the basket. The problem for me starts then. The time to purchase clock runs down from 28 minutes. Fair enough, it stops people unnecessarily holding onto them without paying. As soon as pay now is selected the clock immediately drops to 2 minutes. I live in a poor internet area and coupled with a scam warning from my bank I am, as has just happened, timed out of the purchase. As it is I frequently have around 15 seconds left by the time the purchase has completed. A slow connection away from hassle. Unnecessarily painful.

I ,bought tickets for fifa world cup 6 months ago, the Ticket never arrived, no phone working, I texted them and just said that I need to be quiet, I think theyre scammers, and still are sending into website the same ticket but 5 times more expensive, please dont buy if you dont want to lose youre money.

Excellent experience. I booked from the United States for a game in Ireland. The process was smooth. When I had a question and called someone actually answered the phone ( that never happens anymore) .

Tickets arrived within the said timeline range. Information were clear and the person handling the transfer of tickets helpful and professonal. Would recommend.

However, when I arrived in colombo I discovered on the door pricing for the cricket was 7 pounds and 3 beers should have cost 6 quid (aka 13 pounds total) and I had paid 85 😂
So does what it says on the tin but scalped much.

Come across this company yesterday selling tickets that were £38.50 or less for £250 and more. Despite the event organisers stating that only one company were doing the sales/resales and they were now sold out, this company still persisted that they were legit. How can a customer service agent go onto the website itself and change the time of the event to the right time, in a matter or seconds when approached about it? If they were legitimate wouldn't they have had the correct time it started on to begin with. The positive reviews are fake, please, please, please listen to those who are trying to warn you. I have reported this company to the relevant places.
