Great customer service

There was an issue with delivery of my package, but the customer service team were great, responsive and had the shoes delivered to me the very next day- in time for my son’s birthday. Thank you very much.

Unfortunately most packages entering your destination country are subject to import duties and taxes.

You are exempt from paying VAT on purchases within the UK however, your local customs office will charge you import duties and taxes on these purchases.

Duties and taxes charges are based on several factors including product value, trade agreements, country of manufacture, use of product and the product’s harmonised code, so this could explain why you may not have not been invoiced for your previous imports.

This policy is clearly outlined in the "Help" section of our website, and we strongly encourage all customers, especially those ordering from outside the UK, to review this information before placing an order.
Doing so helps ensure there are no surprises regarding duties.

Please accept my apologies that this came as a surprise on this occasion.

Corrupt company!!!

An item was missing from my order. I asked for a refund since the item was never delivered. They sent me a refund email, but I never got the money. Lie number one. They claim they investigated and found it was packaged and delivered but can send me no proof. Lie number 2. One person says the refund was delivered. The next person says they can't give me a refund because their warehouse employee says they packaged the item (so he/she won't lose their job.) An abundance of lies. There are reddit threads of this happening to other people as well. It is not a rare situation. This is theft. The company is unethical and they should be out of business. Remember when businesses used to have ethics instead of resorting to calling their customers liars? That's a thing of the past. PLEASE do not purchase anything from them!!!! Or beware, somehow items spontaneously combust in their packaging!

We’ve fully reviewed the concerns raised, and we need to be clear on our position.

Orders do not leave our warehouse without multiple checks in place. Each parcel goes through several controlled stages including picking, packing, and dispatch verification before being handed to the courier.

Based on these internal controls and our investigation, the order was processed and dispatched as expected.

We also want to address the allegation that no investigation took place.

This is not accurate. Our team completed a review in line with our standard procedures, and the outcome was communicated accordingly.

While we appreciate that this may not be the resolution you were hoping for, it does not mean the information provided is incorrect.

With regards to the refund mentioned, if confirmation has been issued, it is processed back via the original payment method and handled by your payment provider. We are unable to influence the speed at which funds appear once released.

We are a legitimate retailer with established systems and processes designed to ensure accuracy and accountability at every stage.

Claims that items are “missing without explanation” or that we operate unethically are not reflective of how our business functions.

At this stage, we have provided our final position based on the available evidence, and this matter is now considered closed.

That makes it even more disappointing to hear about this one.

We completely understand how frustrating it must feel to open your order and find an item missing, and we want to be clear that situations like this are taken very seriously on our side.

Every order dispatched from our warehouse goes through a series of checks before leaving, including packing verification and recorded CCTV coverage throughout the process.

This allows us to review exactly what was picked, packed, and sealed in each individual order.

Based on these checks, along with follow-up with the courier where needed, cases of items going missing during dispatch are extremely rare due to the controls we have in place.

That said, we do appreciate how this situation has felt from your perspective, especially if it’s come across as though the responsibility has been placed back on you that’s understandably frustrating and not the experience we want to leave you with.

We’re sorry this order hasn’t reflected the standard you’ve come to expect from us, and we do value the positive experiences you’ve had previously just as much as we want to make sure issues like this are addressed properly.
