Professional

We engaged Elite Property London for a corporate tenancy arrangement. Their team was responsive, organised, and familiar with the requirements of company lets. The lease documentation was comprehensive, making the transaction smooth and straightforward.

Transparency is part of service

I was introduced to EPL through a letting agent. The lease terms were standard and fair, rent payments were punctual, and the property was returned in good condition. Would be happy to lease to them again.

Missing window and offering a refund only if deleting reviews

Hello. My experience at one of the apartments in this bussines starts like this : booked a stay for a couple of nights at one of their apartments through booking.com.
They make you sign rental agreements then they ask for 200£ to be blocked in the account in case of any damage done to the property on your stay. Ok. Agreed move on.
I arrive at the apartment 31 of January 2025 around 5 pm. I was keep hearing noises, like I had birds in my house. It was windier in the living room. Blinders all closed up. I minded my business , got ready to go out. A few moments before going out I go check if there is any window open cause I kept hearing like it was a bird in the house. I discover there was an INEXISTENT window behind the convienently closed blinders , and a bin bag was attached to the margins of where the window was supposed to be. Not going to say how slow they moved to place the window-first said they will place the window at the 11am in the morning and then I came back at the property at 2:30 pm and the reparation person was waiting outside.. with a window with him.
The fun part starts after . I requested a refund for this- they didn’t provide something as basic as existent windows on the property . They declined the refund because “ they offered me an hour late check out” which I DID NOT USE. Then they kept refusing to admit on the situation, using misleading wording like “ wrong size window”. Then they started to ask me to have a phone call on other platform to offer me a refund. I explicitly said I am fully cooperating but I want to keep the conversation on the booking.com platform for transparency. They kept insisting on a phone call, I kept refusing and stating I don’t see any reason to move on phone calls. They finally give in and their response was in order to give me a refund I will need to withdraw my reviews and “ stop harassing” . I made it clear I will not withdraw my reviews and at no point I have harassed them. Then again they started to use misleading messages and denying they asked me to withdraw the reviews for a refund.
Now they are under investigation on booking platform- a customer service agent just confirmed this a few moments earlier.I only wish they take responsibility and not have this manipulative behaviour towards customers. It is wrong on so many levels to act like they did. I wish I can add pictures with the bin bag instead of the window and screenshots of the conversations between me and them.
